In this you just press ‘F5’ key. it will instally process your request. This is due to Internet connection at your end.

I have filled my online form, but I have not received my login and password through e-mail?
Kindly wait for sometime to receive your confirmation, login and password, as due to spamming policy on the Internet, nobody can send bulk mails. We are delivering email in batches, it may take some time for delivery to you.

I’m not able to login with Login and password provided in the e-mail?
Do not try to copy and paste your login and password from your e-mail. You just type login and password provided to you, because when you copy from your email it also copies blankspace with it.

I’m trying to print my application form, but I am getting error “TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image”?

I need to update my information, which I have entered wrongly, How can I update it?
You need to send us your correct information along with your Application No. We will update it.

Is Woman of GEN Category required to pay Application Fee?
Women irrespective of category are exempted from paying application fee.

Is Woman candidate belonging to GEN category eligible to get age relaxation?
Yes, all women cndidates are eligible for age relaxation upto 10 years.

I would like to know how to fill up the form being a Government Servant.
You will have to produce NOC at the time of interview / documents verification, if called for interview.

Is CTET required for applying to the post of PGTs?
CTET is not required for applying to the post of PGTs. This is required only for applying to the post of TGTs i.e. Trained Graduate Teachers.

Can I apply for TGT (Hindi) & PGT (Hindi) both posts?
You may apply for both, if you fulfill the eligibility criteria for both the posts. The test will be on the same day for both the examinations. You may do so as per your convenience. Samiti would not be responsible in any manner. However, you have to pay application fee for both posts separately if you do not belong to the exempted category i.e. SC / ST / PH / Women.

I am not having B.Ed. Am I eligible for PGT / TGT?
B.Ed is compulsory, in addition to other eligibility criteria. In absence of B.Ed degree one cannot apply for PGTs and TGTs.

I have deposited my fee and update bank information in my account, but I am still getting message “Not Confirmed”?
For confirmation/reconcilation of fee it will take around 48-72 hours after submission of fee. Kindly check you fee status after that, in case it is not confirmed after that send us email with details.

I forgot my login ID, what should I do now?
Your Application No. can act as your Login ID. You can use that instead of your Login ID. Otherwise send us your application No. at nvshelpline@gmail.com

  3. I have not attended ctet exam. Am I eligible for TGT exam?

  4. I have filled my online application form and pay my fees in union bank but I have not received any message to my e-mail. But whenever I entered with my login id with password it shows as incorrect id and password. Please tell me how to submit my bank journal number?

    1. 1. Carefully fill in the complete details in online application form. Scan and upload your recent photograph and signatures at the appropriate places as per instructions contained in the online application format and submit the same Online. Login id and password would be generated on successful submission of application and will be displayed on the screen

    1. Registration closes on 28.02.2014.

  6. I have updated bank and app detail on 26 Feb. But have not received confirmation till now. What can I do?

    1. The NavodayaVidyalayaSamiti through its exam conducting agency may send call letters for written test, interview etc. through the registered email ID. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/ mention email ID to/ or of any other person.
      So from this you will be able to know about your status.

  7. When will I receive the admit card and the confirmation of the exam centre?
    I have applied for both TGT(MATHS) & PGT(MATHS). I know the exam is on the same date but what are the timings for both the exams?

    1. You can download the admit card from 31.03.2014. For written test it has given only the date as 27.04.2014.

  8. Does the printout of filled pgt application form need to be sent to Navodaya?

    1. xiii. The candidates should take a printout of the online application, affix a recent passport size photograph and preserve it with them for their record and should not send the same at the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti’s address or any other address. The application printout with photograph affixed will also have to be submitted during document verification at the time of interviews along with the attested copies of certificates in support of Age, Qualification, Experience, Caste, Caste Validity, Non Creamy Layer, Physical disability, as applicable.

  9. I have done MCA. So what I need to fill in my post graduation qualification? It says as enter your valid data. There is no column for computer application in post graduation box. So what will I fill?

  10. I forgot my login id and pass word. My application number is 14182214. How can I get all these to take the print out of my application form?
