  1. I have done first process and second process i.e, PDE filing and take print out. In this scenario when the husband and wife have taken flat in the name of both and this case husband is borrower and wife is co-burrower then , when we doing the process of PDE filing one option is asking there ADD another party. So we can add the wife name or leave it and lastly what is ” Deposit of Title deed ” and where we will get this?

    Thanks
