  1. What is the procedure for new registration of name for KSRTC ticket advance booking?

  2. I had booked two seats each Bangalore to Ernakulam (PNR No.J41625778, 1944BNGEKM,14-03-2014 )and Ernakulam to Bangalore(PNR No. J41625779, EKMBNG 17-03-2014) for my son and daughter-in-law. But it emerged later that he needed to travel on 12-03-2014 and I needed to cancel the Bangalore to Ernakulam ticket. When I tried the field PNR No. is shown as invalid though I tried the PNR No. referred above several times. Besides, what exactly is the transaction code? How do I cancel the ticket?
