About Online Grievance Lodging and Redress System:
Any person having grievance with any Entitlement function (GPF and Pension) discharged by the Accountants General can record his grievance online. Along with text of the grievance, relevant documents can also be uploaded.

Acknowledgments would be provided both via SMS and e-mail, along with status updates via SMS. The status of the grievance redress can also be viewed online on this site.

We Resolve
** To authorize pensionary benefits and provident fund dues within two months of receipt of the cases complete in all respects
** To address the concerned authorities, in respect of deficiencies and defects within one month; and, to keep the beneficiaries informed of such action
** To acknowledge receipt of all complaint cases within one week
** To furnish final replies to complaints relating to retirement benefits within two months of their receipt
** To furnish final replies to correspondence relating to discrepancies in general provident fund accounts within three months of receipt

Ans: Your computer system date to be in English UK date format ( DD/MM/YYYY) to use this system. Otherwise you may face date validation problems.

Q2 : How to view/print registered complaint details?
Ans: Complainant can view/print registered complaint details through “view status of your grievance”. Logged-in user can view/print registered complaint details through pending list by clicking on “sl. no” of particular complaint. But complaint registered online through Internet by comlainant will appear in the pending list after it is reviewed by authenticated user of the office.

  1. I am typist & retired on April 2020, I send application for final withdrawal of GPF in January 2020, till to-date i have not received GPF amount. Please inform
