WIN WIN WIN Contest Terms and Conditions :
** The contest starts on the 3rd Apr’14 and will run till the 3rd Jun’14
** This contest is open to all Indian citizens other than employees of TWB and TWB’s business partners and their immediate relatives.
** This is a fun contest with a set of 10 questions.
** All questions are mandatory for participants.

This will be in the following stages :
Stage 1 : Login to the contest
Stage 2 : Enter personal information on the contest form.
Stage 3 : Answer a set of 10 multiple choice questions.
Stage 4 : Agree and submit to contest terms & conditions
Stage 5 : Refer 5 friends to take part in the contest.
Stage 6 : Share contest details on Facebook via ‘share on FB’ button.

** A participant is deemed to have won when he/she scores 10/10 on the quiz.
** This above rule doesn’t not apply if the participant does a ‘refer 5 friends’, in which case he/she only needs to score 9/10
** Winners will be announced on the TWB Win Win Win Corner on the www.twb.edu.in web site and on Facebook Page as well.
** A personal communication on email / SMS will also be sent to the winners.

Distribution of prizes :
** For people residing in Bangalore, all prizes have to be collected from the TWB offices in person. Appropriate proof of identity will be required to collect the prize.
** All prizes should be claimed and can be collected between 5 and 10 days from the date of the prize being declared. In cases where this is not possible, please intimate TWB and have a proof of acknowledgement.
** TWB will not be responsible for damage or loss of any prize in transit.
** Liabilities : Under no circumstances will TWB have any liability towards the participant or to any one party representing the participant.
** Costs : TWB is only responsible for procuring and forwarding the said prize(s). Any taxes, including VAT, Service Tax or any other State or Central Taxes will have to be borne by the participant.
** All information submitted will become the property of TWB. TWB reserves the right, if required, to use this material at the sole discretion of TWB.
** Registrations are valid only as entered in the TWB ‘Win WIN WIN!’ Contest system. No registration will be accepted via e-mail, post, fax or any other method.
** TWB does not take responsibility of the TWB ‘Win WIN WIN!’ Contest site or Internet connectivity being unavailable and/or malfunctions or any other reasons that may delay/impede the discontinuation of the contest completion on the site. The only method to re-enter the contest is to register and participate again.
** All qualifying entries will be judged by TWB and TWB’s evaluation results will be final.
** The decision of the winners will be final and binding by TWB.
