THIS DOCUMENT IS AN ELECTRONIC RECORD IN TERMS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 AND RULES THERE UNDER AS APPLICABLE. THIS ELECTRONIC RECORD IS GENERATED BY A COMPUTER SYSTEM AND DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL SIGNATURES.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBSCRIBING to the “GOLD CONTEST CLUB” OR “GOLD CLUB”. BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION/SUBSCRIPTION TO THE GOLD CONTEST CLUB OR GOLD CLUB, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Terms and Conditions:
The Gold Contest Club or Gold Club is organized and hosted by OnMobile Global Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Tower# 1 94/1 C & 94/2, Veerasandra Village, Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore- 560100- India, (“OnMobile” or “Organizer”) and is open for subscription to active1 prepaid and post-paid category of Subscribers2 (“Subscriber(s)”) of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, having its registered office at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, (NS Branch), 10th Floor West Wing, Chandralok Building, Janpath, New Delhi – 110001 (hereinafter referred to as “BSNL Mobile”) residing in India and within the below telecom service areas (“Circle-Group(s)”) :

An active Subscriber shall mean the Subscriber who uses the Subscriber Identity Module (“SIM”) on a regular basis for purposes other than to participate in contests under the Gold Contest Club or any other contests offered by the Organizer and BSNL Mobile, jointly.

Subscriber shall mean the rightful user of a BSNL Mobile connection, pre-paid or post- paid in whose name the mobile phone number (MSISDN) is registered with the operator. In the event the number / connection is registered in the name of a company or firm, the employee who is authorized to use the connection shall submit a No Objection. Certificate (NoC) and authorization of the employer duly permitting the employee to use the number for participation in the Gold Contest Club, receive the prizes and accept the terms applicable for any of the contests under the Gold Contest Club.

Eligibility :
The Gold Contest Club is open for subscription for all active prepaid and post-paid BSNL Mobile Subscribers who fulfill the following criteria :
** Subscriber must be of or above 18 years of age;
** Subscriber must be a resident of India;
** Subscriber must belong to any one of the Circles mentioned herein;
** Subscriber must be an active BSNL Mobile Subscriber;
** Subscriber must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind; and
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.

To subscribe to the Gold Contest Club:
a. A Subscriber will be allowed to subscribe to the Gold Contest Club only during a period when a contest is live. If a Subscriber is desirous of subscribing to the Gold Contest Cub, such Subscriber is required to have a minimum balance of Rs 20/- on his/her number registered with BSNL. If such Subscriber does not have a minimum balance of Rs 20/- during such period, he/she will be denied subscription to the Gold Contest Club till such time he/she has the requisite balance of Rs 20/- on his/her number registered with BSNL Mobile, whichever is earlier.

b. The BSNL Mobile Subscribers have to call 12555066 (Toll Free) and press 1;

c. BSNL Mobile Subscribers can also dial the Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (“USSD”) string *505*66# or press 1 through Out Bound Dialers (“OBDs”)/In Bound-dialers. Then, Subscribers will be prompted to send confirmation of subscription through a Short Message Service (“SMS”) and need to send GOLD as an SMS to 52555 to confirm their subscription or subscribe though Facebook by clicking on the tab ‘Play Contest’ on the Facebook webpage of the Gold and Bike Contest (“Facebook link”), available at https://www.facebook.com/bsnlgoldclub

** All Gold Contest Club Members will be charged Rs 20/- for each contest that is launched as a part of the Gold Contest Club, irrespective of whether they participate in a contest or not, once they have subscribed to the Gold Contest Club, unless the pricing has been revised for a particular contest or for all further contests, in which case the price revision will be communicated in advance.

The winner(s) will receive calls only from one of the numbers mentioned herein 080-67186352 / 080-67186344 / 080-26426832 / 080-26426833 and will be informed about the prize details and the process for claiming the same. Any communication from any other number or source could be unauthorized or not genuine and subscribers are advised to exercise caution accordingly.
