A) Pay Bill :
Pay Bill allows the user to pay their bills with ease without much navigation. This process contains three segments which are Pay Bill, PayBill Acknowledgement, PayBill Confirmation. No You can also pay bills for multiple accounts through single transaction if you are enrolled user.

B) View Bill :
** View Bill will allow the user to view their bills. On click of View Bill, a user can see his/ her bills on the page. This page is not dockable.
** View Bill PDF will allow the user to view their bills in PDF format. This will enable the user to keep a record of all the bills.

C) Service Requests :
New Connection :

This page allows customer to lodge request for service new connection. Depending on the regulatory/utility requirements user is required to submit the documents.

Name Change :
This page allows customer to lodge request for service name change. Depending on the regulatory/utility requirements user is required to submit the documents.

Meter Shifting :

This page allows customer to lodge request for service meter shifting. Depending on the regulatory/utility requirements user is required to submit the documents.

Tariff Change :
This page allows customer to lodge request for service tariff change.

Load Reduction :

This page allows customer to lodge request for reduce load.

Load Enhancement :

This page allows customer to lodge request for Load Enhancement.

Report Power Failure :

This screen contains static data related to the power failure. The contact number is mentioned in case any power failure occurs. The user calls up the number and reports the power failure and necessary action is taken to restore the power connection.

Billing Preference :
The user is provided with the options of registering in Online Billing and also continues with paper bills.

Self Meter Read :
This page allows customer to lodge request for Self Meter Read.

Six Months Bill Statement :
This page allows customer to lodge request for Six Months Bill Statement.

D) Complaints :
Billing Related :

This page allows user to lodge complain related to bill detail. If user is not happy with some or all details printed in his/her monthly bill, he can refer to bill id and lodge a complaint. Utility will look into this complain and provide clarification.

No supply to individual premises :
This page will allow user to lodge complain if supply is interrupted to his/her premise. The complain will be registered with utility and user will get complaint id to track this in future.

Emergency Customer Contact :
This page allows user to register any untoward incident/accident. Utility will contact you at the earliest.

Street Light Problem :
This screen allows the user to report any street light outage incident. The user has to fill up the specific information provided in the screen in order to locate the street light and then report it.

Please note :
Street lights are maintained by municipality and utility will accept no responsibility for repair/replacement. The request raised through this page will be sent to town municipal office if their EMAIL exists in system.

  1. Please tell me the process of registering for online payment of electricity bill through Bangalore One Portal. And what are all the information I need to register & from where will I get those information like RR number & Subdivision? Will I get it from my owner or Will I get it from the Hard copy of the Bill that he gives me? My owner just gives me the bill & I go to Bangalore One Center to pay,

    1. You need to register first using the online portal. Registering allows customers to view current account information, billing, payment and usage history.

    1. If you are a registered user, you need to login to your account.
      You can view and pay bill online.

    For past three days, I am unable to pay bill online due to server problem

    1. I do not think there is an alternative except paying it physically at EB office.

      For the server problem, yes the site is not functioning. You have to wait until they rectify the problem.

    2. You can pay through bangaloreone site as well, where you have to register.
