GIL invites applications for the following positions on behalf of various departments of Government of Gujarat

1.Name of the post: Web Master
Minimum Qualification: B.E/B. Tech (Computer/IT/E.C) engineer with expertise in PHP, Java, Ruby on Rails, Cold fusion and ASP.NET
Experience and Skills:
** Minimum of 3 years of experience as Web Manager/Team Leader in the field of website monitoring and designing. Distance learning courses will not be considered for eligibility.
** Should have handled team size of 15 people.
** Should have worked for minimum 5 years on Web Domain.
** Expertise in Cyber security and auditing of websites
** Desirable experience with certificates in MCSE,RHCE,MCSE,CCDA
Remuneration: from Rs. 30,000/- to Rs.50,000/- (CTC)

2.Name of the post : System Analysts
Minimum Qualification: B.E/B. Tech (Computer/IT/E.C) engineer with expertise in PHP, Java, Ruby on Rails, Cold fusion and ASP.NET
Experience and Skills:
** Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of web page designing and monitoring. Distance learning courses will not be considered for eligibility.
** Expertise in Cyber security and auditing of websites
** Desirable experience with certificates in CCNA, CCIE, CCID Certified engineers
Remuneration: Upto 25000/-(CTC)

3. Name of the post : Supporting Engineers
Minimum Qualification : B.E/B. Tech (Computer/IT/E.C) engineer
Experience and Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience. Distance learning courses will not be considered for eligibility.
Remuneration: Upto 15000/-(CTC)

4.Name of the post : Executive / Trainees (Software)
Minimum Qualification: B.E/B.tech in(Computer/IT/EC)/MSC–IT/MCA engineer with proficiency in Software Development, Software support, ASP, PHP, Java, CSS, PERL, CGI, ActiveX, AJAX, JSP, Database application knowledge etc.
Experience and Skills:
** Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as software engineer or web developer. ? Familiar with asset management
** Should possess good written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
** Distance learning courses will not be considered for eligibility.
** Candidates may be taken as Executive or as Trainees based on experience and potential.
Remuneration: Upto Rs.15,000/-(CTC)

5.Name of the post : Executive / Trainees (Hardware & Networking)
Minimum Qualification: B.E/B.tech [Computer/IT/EC]/MSC–IT/MCA engineer with experience in maintenance of LAN/WAN and work independently in maintenance of hardware and networking such as computer, printer, scanners etc
Experience and Skills:
** Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in hardware/ networking.
** Experience in tender documentation, well versed with procurement procedure for hardware
** Familiar with asset management
** Should possess good written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
** Distance learning courses will not be considered for eligibility.
** Candidates may be taken as Executive or as Trainees based on experience and potential.
Remuneration: Upto Rs.15,000/-(CTC)
