MyUniverse – GOSF 2014 Contest terms and conditions:
1. This contest is valid for registrations starting from 25th November 2014 to 9th December 2014, hereafter referred as “Contest period”.
2. To complete participation in Contest, Participants are required to register on www.MyUniverse.co.in/GOSF. Multiple registrations from single mobile number are not allowed.
3. 1, 00, 000 (One Lakh) Participants will get assured prize of Rs. 299 into their bank account/ Rs. 299 voucher code. Participants who choose to get Rs. 299 into their bank account will have chance to win latest Google Nexus 6 phone and One lucky winner would get the grand prize of 14 minutes of free shopping.
4. To win Google Nexus 6 phone and grand prize of 14 minutes free shopping, Participants are required to open MyUniverse investment account and provide valid bank account (savings bank, current account) and other details. The account should belong to Participants only, Foreign denominated currency accounts do not qualify; in case of any discrepancy, proof of account ownership will need to be provided. Aditya Birla Customer Services Private Limited (ABCSPL) reserves the right and final decision.
5. Participants must login to MyUniverse on 10th December after 00:01 hours, hereafter referred as “Result Day” to qualify for the prizes. Winners of Google Nexus 6 and grand prize of 14 minutes of free shopping will be declared within 7 days after the contest period.
6. Entries to the Contest are valid for all persons residing in India (Indian Residents) aged 18 years and above.
7. Existing registered users of MyUniverse must also register for the Contest at www.MyUniverse.co.in/GOSF to participate.
8. ABCSPL reserves the right to disqualify any entry to the Contest where registration information provided is incorrect /incomplete.
9. By registering for the Contest, Participants are deemed to have accepted Contest Terms & Conditions and the www.myuniverse.co.in Terms & Conditions.
10. The email address and phone number provided by the Participant may be used by ABCSPL for communication purpose as deemed fit and Participants/Winners agrees and acknowledge the same. Participants/Winners hereby agree and consent to receive communications at the mobile number provided, even if this mobile number is registered under DND/NCPR list under TRAI regulations. And for that purpose, Participants/Winners further authorize ABCSPL to share/disclose the information to any third party service provider or any affiliates, group companies, their authorized agents or third party service providers.
11. The prizes under the Contest are non-transferable and non-substitutable and under no circumstances will be exchanged with cash. All duties and taxes as applicable under provisions of Tax law shall be borne by Winner.
12. ABCSPL reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the prize and terms and conditions of the prize including Contest terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice at its absolute discretion and without assigning any reason.
13. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the Contest and/or the prizes therein, the decision of ABCSPL shall be final and binding on all concerned and no correspondence or appeal would be entertained in this regard.
14. Any disputes arising out of or in relation to this contest shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
15. Neither ABCSPL nor any of its affiliates , directors , officers or employees, will be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any direct or indirect loss or damage that may be incurred in the event of any failure or interruption of the website, or resulting from the act or omission of any other party involved in making this website or the data contained therein available to visitors/participants/winners, or from any other cause relating to their access to, inability to access, or use of the Website or these materials, whether or not the circumstances giving rise to such cause may have been within the control of the Website or of any vendor providing software or services support. In no event, will ABCSPL be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential, incidental damages or any other damages of any kind.
16. Neither ABCSPL nor of any its affiliates , directors , officers or employees, will be liable for any losses, delay or damages incurred by the participants due to force majeure events and shall also not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental loss, damage or injury suffered by the Participants/winners while availing the Contest.
17. Products procured by the Participant using Rs. 299 voucher code would be responsibility of Participant only. Prizes as stated herein are third party products, owned and controlled by Third Party Vendors/Merchants and are not endorsed by ABCSPL. ABCSPL makes no warranties or representations, express or implied about such third party products. ABCSPL accepts no liability for any damage or loss however caused in connection with the use of or reliance on any third party product or services as stated herein.
