With reference to your application for the post of Temporary Employee (Artisan) against our Employment Notice No. HY/01/2013 and based on the results of the written test held on 10/11/2013, we take pleasure in inviting you provisionally for the second stage of selection i.e. Personal Interview.
Candidates have to bring along with them the following documents, the formats for which can be downloaded from our website.
1.Bio-data form duly filled in
2.OBC Non-creamy layer certificate obtained on or after 01.09.2012 (if applicable)
3.OBC self-undertaking (if applicable)
You must also produce the original as well as one set of self-attested copiesof the following documents at the time of Personal Interview. The self-attested copy of the certificate will be retained by BHEL and the original certificate will be returned to you immediately after verification.
1.Matric/SSC / X certificate
2.Matric/SSC / X Marks sheet
3.NTC & NAC certificate with marks sheets
4.Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC Non-creamy layer certificate)
5.Medical Certificate issued by the Medical Board (applicable to persons with disability)
6.Discharge and trade proficiency certificates (applicable to Ex-servicemen)
7.Letter issued by the Directorate General of Employment and Training (All India Apprentices Competitions Best Apprentice and Runner up Apprentice) if applicable
8.Domicile certificate (J & K candidates)
9.Experience certificate(s)
10.’No Objection Certificate’ in the case of employees of Government / semi-Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies
It may please be noted that you will not be permitted to attend the interview in the absence of any of the original documents. Candidates attending the personal interview will be reimbursed 2nd class train fare / ordinary class bus fare by the shortest route subject to production of rail / bus tickets. Candidates may make sure that they attend the personal interview as per the date and time indicated above and he automatically loses his chance to appear for the interview if he/she does not turn up as per the schedule given above.
