Educational Qualification : A Bachelors degree with at least one of the subject namely Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Geology, Forestry and Statistics or a Bachelors degree in Agriculture or Bachelors degree in Engineering from a University established by Law in India or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government from time to time, or a qualification recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto.

Preferential Qualification : A candidate who has
(1) served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or
(2) obtained a “B” certificate of N.C.C. shall other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment

Application Fee:
1. Unreserved (General) – Exam fee Rs. 200/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 15/- Total = Rs. 215/-
2. Other Backward Class – Exam fee Rs. 200/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 15/- Total = Rs. 215/-
3. Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe – Exam fee Rs. 80/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 15/- Total = Rs. 95/-

Minimum Physical Standard : No candidate for direct recruitment shall be appointed to the service unless he possesses the minimum standard for height and chest grith as specified below;

Male 163 cms. 84 cms. 5 cms.
Female 150 cms. 79 cms. 5 cms.

Age Limit : Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years on July 1, 2013

Physiical Fitness :
1) No candidate shall be appointed to a post in the service unless he be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient permormance of his duties. Before a candidate is finally approved for appointment by direct recruitment he shall be required to pass an examination by a Medical Board.
2) A female candidate who has a result of test is found to be pregnent of Twelve weeks duration or more should be declared temporarily unfit. She should be re-examined for fitness after Six weeks from the date of confinement.

How to Apply :
Candidates after submitting their applications through On-Line shall send photocopies of their all academic/required documents regarding their claims alongwith print out of On-Line application forms by means of Personally/Speed Post/Registered Post in any working days latest by dated 30 January, 2014 till 5.00 O’ Clock and must ensure for submission in the office of the Commission. For this purpose the candidates are advised to download address slip from Commission’s website and to paste it on the envelope containing documents. Till the aforesaid last date if the required relevant documents/records are not received in the Office of the Commission, in the aforesaid condition, the On-Line Application will be rejected.

Important Dates :
1. Last Date for Receipt of Examination Fees in the Bank : 16 January, 2014.
2. Last Date for Receipt of Applications : 20 January, 2014.

      (A) The written examination consisting of the following papers:
      Paper I General Hindi 300 Marks
      Paper II General Studies 300 Marks Objective Type
      Paper III Any two subjects to be selected200 Marks
      Paper IV from the list of the optional for
      Paper V subjects. Given out in para 2 below. each paper
      Paper VI Each subject will have two papers.
