List of shortlisted candidates for Screening Process for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) on Contract basis for a period of Four Years

This is with reference to this office Advtt No. DMRC/PERS/22/HR/2013 (60), dated 12/11/13. The venue, date and time of interview shall be as shown below. The names of the shortlisted candidates are shown at Annexure-I.

The shortlisted candidates will be subjected to Paragraph Writing (Technical Topic/General Topic) and Interview as a part of Screening process.

Instructions to candidates for Screening process :
1. The candidates whose names are appearing in the selection list for Screening Process should report for the screening process as per the schedule.

2. The candidature for screening process is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria as per the advertisement referred above.

3. The shortlisted candidates should report to the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

4. For any further query/clarification, candidates can contact the HR department on the board line number provided on our website

IMPORTANT:
1. The candidates are required to bring all the certificates/testimonials etc. in Original, along with one set of attested copies in support of age, educational/technical qualifications, caste etc whichever is applicable to prove their credentials. They will have to produce the above mentioned documents on the day of Screening Process, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the screening process.

2. Candidates should also bring two (2) recent passport size photographs (Front pose).

3. The Call for Screening Process should NOT be treated as offer of appointment.

4. Result of the interview will be displayed on our website on 21/01/14 or before.

5. The candidates should come prepared to stay in Delhi for more than one day at their own expenses in case the selection process takes longer than one day. NO reimbursement in lieu of travel will be made to any candidate.

6. Due care has been taken to prequalify the names of shortlisted candidates, however, if name of any candidate from Private Polytechnic including Govt. aided ones is appearing in the list, he/she will NOT be allowed attend the screening process.

7. The shortlisted candidates will have to report for medical examination within a week of declaration of the result of interview.
