Eligibility for TALLENTEX :
Any student currently studying in class V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI (PCB, PCM) and meeting the following criteria can appear in TALLENTEX :

TALLENTEX Schedule :
Test Date : Sunday, 19 January, 2014
Last date to apply : 15 January 2014
Exam Fee : Cash D 200/-
Medium of Exam : For Class V to IX English only and For Class X and XI English & Gujarati
How to apply : On prescribed Form available at ALLEN Ahmedabad / Rajkot / Vadodara / Surat / Navi Mumbai Center or Apply Online.
Admit Card : Admit Card can be printed through our website from 10th January 2014.
How to Appear :To Appear in TALLENTEX candidate must have a valid ALLEN Admit Card and a valid photo id proof (School ID Card / Any Government Aproved ID Card)

Reporting Time : 30 minutes prior to Test Time at your opted test center venue.
Exam Paper Pattern Part-I : IQ | Part II : Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Maths
Syllabus Part-I : IQ does not have a syllabus. It comprises questions on application of logic & mental ability.
Part-II: NCERT syllabus up to the current class of student.
Duration of Question Paper : 2 Hours
Question pattern : MCQs with 4 choices (single correct answer with negative marking)
No. Of Questions : Part-I : 30 | Part-II : 70

Students of Class – V, VI & VII (Going to Class-VI, VII & VIII in 2014)
Physics: 15, Chemistry: 15, Biology: 15, Maths: 25
Students of Class – VIII & IX (Going to Class-IX & X in 2014)
Physics: 15 , Chemistry: 15, Biology: 20, Maths: 20
Paper Pattern (Part-II) Students of Class – X & XI (Going to Class-XI & XII in 2014)
Compulsory Subjects : Physics: 20, Chemistry: 20
Optional Subjects – Biology : 30 / Maths : 30
(In Part-II students need to attempt any one of the Optional Subject section)

Marking Scheme : +4 for each correct answer and -1 for each wrong answer
Result Declaration : Tuesday, 28 January 2014

Benefit & Rewards :
All the students participating in TALLENTEX will be provided with their Competitive Success Index (CSI) and a certificate of participation with rank amongst Six States.

What is Competitive SUCCESS INDEX (CSI) :
Based on CSI, a student can evaluate his/her potential of Success in his/her respective forthcoming higher Competitive Exam like JEE (Main), JEE(Advanced), AIPMT, AIIMS, KVPY, International Olympiads, KVPY & NTSE.

SUCCESS POWER SESSION (SPS) :
All students (along with parents) in Top-200 Merit will be called for SPS in Feb/March 2014. Session will be taken by National Level Mentors on the critical factors that convert students into outstanding performers.

Tuition fee waiver for TALLENTEX Students :
All the students qualifying in TALLENTEX will be eligible for a 10% Tuition fee waiver if they join any program at ALLEN Ahmedabad / Vadodara / Rajkot / Surat / Navi Mumbai Center in Academic Session 2014-15. Based on the performance of students in TALLENTEX 20% to 90% tuition fee waivers can be awarded to students.
