Adhoc Appointment-inviting objections against received applications for the post ‘Junior Lecturers’

INVITING OBJECTIONS, IF ANY IN THE CALCULATION OF WEIGHTAGE FOR THE PREPARATION OF MERIT LIST FOR THE POST OF AD-HOC LECTURERS IN THE JUNIOR COLLEGES OF ODISHA UNDER THE HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

Complaints through e-mail: adhoc.complaint@gmail.com will only be entertained.
Complaints without any supporting documents and after due date will not be entertained.
Last date of submission of objections: 10 January, 2014

The Application forms, submitted by the candidates have been scrutinized and given weightage as per the guidelines given in the advertisement on 01st November 2013 for ad-hoc appointment for the post of Junior Lecturers in Govt. Junior Colleges.

This is not a merit list and all the applications received at this end, after verification have been uploaded in website: www.dheorissa.in

You verify your name in the subject concerned, date of birth (DOB), weightage given and if you have any objections, complaints must be sent to e-mail ID: adhoc.complaint@gmail.com on or before 10th January, 2014 with evidences, duly authenticated by the appropriate authorities. Objections received after 10th January, 2014 and also other than e-mail, will not be entertained. Scanned documents will only be entertained.

In most of the cases, CGPA mentioned in the certificates is not supported by conversion formula. Hence, if you find any conversion wrong, please provide the conversion formula of these Universities, issued either by Controller of Examinations/Registrars/ Vice- Chancellors/any appropriate authority of the University.

Some of the common complaints, raised by the scrutinizers are conversion of CGPA Into% age as it varies from University to University, integrated MA / M.Sc. as there are no separate marks for Hons. and P.G. classes, percentage of marks/ Division/class in Graduation / Post-Graduation is not clear, application not accompanied by caste certificates, SEBC Certificates of more than one year old, maximum marks in Hons. and marks secured is not clear etc.

In case of CBSE/other Boards in 10th and 12th Classes, marks secured in all the papers have been taken into consideration.
