Puducherry State Resource Centre for Women functioning under the control of the Puducherry Corporation for the Development of Women and Differently Abled Persons Ltd., invites application from the eligible Natives / Residents of Union Territory of Puducherry for filling up of the following vacancies in the Puducherry State Resource Centre for Women to be engaged on contract basis for a period of one year at a consolidated wages.
1. Name of the post : Project Advisor
No. of post : 1
Maximum age limit : 40-50 years
Consolidated Wages per month : Rs.50,000/-
Essential :
i) Master’s Degree in Social Work/Economics/Women’s Studies/ Law/Governance/any other related field.
ii) Minimum experience of 5 years of working on women’s issues, with at least 3 years spent in managing and leading projects and teams.
iii) Good knowledge of computers and ability to work in various MS Office packages. Working knowledge of spread sheet and presentation packages
iv) Excellent understanding and knowledge of women’s issues and policies and programmes of the government at the National and State level.
2. Name of the post : State Coordinator

Maximum age limit : 45 years
Consolidated Wages per month :Rs.35,000/-
Essential :
i) Master’s Degree in Social Work/ Economics/Women’s Studies/ Law/Governance/any other related field.
ii) Minimum experience of 3 years of working on women’s issues.
iii) Good knowledge of computers and ability to work in MS office packages. Working knowledge of spread sheet and presentation packages.
iv) Experience in the livelihood sector, including exposure to the Microfinance sector.
3. Name of the post : Research Officer
No. of post : 1
Maximum age limit : 45 years
Consolidated Wages per month :Rs.25,000/-
Essential :
i) Master’s Degree in Social Work/Economics/Women’s Studies/Law/Governance/any other related field.
ii) Minimum experience of 3 years in Research field.
iii) Must have computer knowledge and ability to work in various MS Office, data analysis packages like SPSS, STATA etc.
4. Name of the post : Data Entry Operator

Maximum age limit : 35 years
Consolidated Wages per month :Rs.10,000/-
Essential :
i) Graduate in any discipline
ii) Typing speed of 30 wpm is essential
iii) Minimum work experience of 3 years.
