I want to know my part number and serial no in roll of constituency.
I change my EPIC from 167-Manicktolla to 147-Sonarpur Dakshin Constituency but unfortunately my EPIC no. got changed (CXF1631142 to CXE1631142). Now I get the new EPIC(CXE1631142) and return the old one(CXF1631142). I search through online. There is nothing about new EPIC(CXE1631142). Please suggest what can I do?
