Motion of the Debate :
The Youth of India is not Being Trained to Promote the Nation to the Top of its Glory as per the Goals Set in the Constitution
Rules & Regulations :
1. Only 15 teams, on first come first serve basis will be allowed to participate. The registration, will be closed after that.
2. Each participating team is required to bring along with them a copy of authorization letter duly signed by the Head of The Institution / Department.
3. Each Institution shall be represented by two students. One shall speak in favour of the motion and the other against the motion.
4. Each speaker will be given four (4) minutes. At the end ofthe third(3″‘) minute a warning bell will be rung. The final bell will be sounded at the end of the fourth (4th) minute. The speaker exceeding the time limit will be penalized.
5. A total of two interjeetiuns per candidate will be allowed. No cross questioning, at any cost.
6. The competitors with written speech shall not be eligible.
7. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding upon the participants.
8. Participation certificate shall be awarded to every participant.
9. An amount of Rs. 100/- per team shall be charged at the time of formal registration.
