National Brain Research Center (NBRC), Manesar, is the apex coordinating body for research in Neuroscience with the objective of undertaking basic research towards understanding brain structure and function in health and disease. NBRC would like to recruit suitable persons under a joint project between NBRC, Manesar and AIIMS, New Delhi for the following project position (s) which will be co-terminus with the project
1. Name of the post : Associate Professor (Project)

Nature of employment: Under a joint project between NBRC and AIIMS and the incumbent is required to work as per the project needs and demand.
Team Leader of the project: Prof. Sarat P. Chandra (AIIMS); The project is being implemented jointly by NBRC and AIIMS.
Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. / M.D. with at least five years experience in related field of research.
Desirable Qualifications: Experience in interpreting clinical MEG and/or MEG–EEG studies will be preferred. The candidate may also be a physician with PhD, preferably in research involving EEG / MEG.

Desirable Qualifications/ Experience: High impact publications in the area of molecular biology and demonstrated experience in advanced molecular biology techniques. Work experience in DNA microarray and other gene expression and sequencing techniques.

Essential Qualifications: MBBS with at least 03 years experience or MD which should cover administration of IV fluids, venous line establishment, intubation, CPR, emergency treatment protocols etc.
Desirable Qualifications/ Experience: Candidates having MD / MS / PhD will be preferred. Experience in working with neurological patients and managing epilepsy.

Desirable Qualifications/ Experience: 02 years experience or MBBS plus MD/ PhD/ MS
Age Limit: 35 years as on last date of the application
Application Fee : `100/- for General and `50/- for OBC in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “Director, NBRC” payable at Gurgaon/ Manesar.
The application fees for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH categories are exempted subject to the production of Certificate.
The women candidates are also exempted from the application fee.
