State Level Intercollegiate Science and Tech Exhibition Competition :

Themes:
Food security, Global Climate Change, Health, Hygeine, Sanitation, Energy, Crisis and Disaster Management, Conservation of Resources etc.

Venue:
St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Palayamkottai, TiruneIve/i District, TiruneIveli-627 002.

Dates: 20th, 21st & 22nd February, 2014

Prizes:
For Arts and Science Colleges: I Prize: $5,000, II Prize: $10,000, III Prize: $5000
Engineering, Technology and Medical Colleges: I Prize: $5,000, II Prize: $10,000, III Prize: $5000
Certificates for the prize winners and all the participants

Criteria for Selection: Novelty, Originality, Creativity and Applicability

Terms and Conditions:
Only one exhibit from each college should be displayed.

A maximum of three students only are allowed from each college (one accompanying staff if needed).

Basic facilities such as furniture, electricity and water will be provided at the time of exhibition.

Special needs should be taken care of by the participants.

Participants should register their names on or before 01.02.2014 and send their registration to bjohnde@yahoo.co.in and xiyuvaraj1010@gmail.com (Only registered students will be allowed).

The students should bring their ID proof and a letter from the Head of the Institution.

Lunch and refreshments will be given to all the participants. Accommodation and food will be provided to the outstation participants on all the three days in our college hostels if needed. (Send your request at the time

On the evening of the first two days, cultural programs will be organized on the themes of the exhibition.

Prizes and Certificates will be distributed on the Valedictory function to be held on the last day.

The decision of the judges will be final and no claim should be made.

Participants have to look after their travel expenses and arrangements.
