Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Gujarat is implementing Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) under NRHM. For effective implementation following positions at all Talukas and corporation will be filled on purely contractual basis.

1. Name of the post : Ayurvedic / Homeopathic Doctor
No. of post : 1984 posts (992 males and 992 females)
Qualification : Candidate must possess valid degree (BAMS / BSAM / BHMS) from colleges recognized by Homeopathy / Ayurved council of Gujarat and must be registered with Homeopathy / Ayurved council of Gujarat.
Remuneration : Rs. 23,000 / Month for Tribal Taluka & Identified difficult to reach Areas, Rs. 20,000 / Month for Rural Areas and Rs. 18,000 / Month for Urban Areas i.e for Municipality and Corporation Areas.
Maximum Age : 40 year on Date 15/8/2013

2.Name of the post : Pharmacists cum Data Assistant
No. of post : 992
Qualification : Candidate must possess valid bachelor degree from colleges recognized by pharmacy Council of Gujarat and must be registered with pharmacy Council of Gujarat. S/he must be computer proficient for data management.
Remuneration : Rs. 11,000 / Month for Tribal Taluka & Identified difficult to reach Areas, Rs. 10,000 / Month for Rural Areas and Rs. 8,500 / Month for Urban Areas i.e for Municipality and Corporation Areas.
Maximum Age: 40 years on Date 15/8/2013

a. Any incomplete and/or vacant box ( Mandatory) in application form will lead to disqualification of candidature.
b. Write your surname and name as spelt in degree certificate.
c. The Date of Birth will be accepted as mentioned in the SSC or School Leaving Certificate.
d. Only recent passport size color photograph in .jpg format of maximum 100 KB in size can be uploaded.
e. Be careful while entering your e-mail address and mobile number as all the official communication with candidate will be through these only.
f. Candidate is required to indicate all her/his preferences compulsory in the rank of 1 to 5 (5 locations) for the posting, so that he/she can be posted at preferred location.
g. If preferential place is not available, management will have all the rights to appoint at any other available place.
h. When online application is successfully submitted, a confirmatory e-mail and SMS of registration number will be sent to the candidate.
i. It is advised to take a print of submitted application form and keep the same for the future reference.
j. Candidate can only edit application with the help of system generated application number/registration number, e-mail address / Mobile Number and Date of Birth.
k. Any editing in submitted application form will be permitted up to the last date of application. After the due date the link will be disabled. But it is advised to enter correct and verified information while filling up online application. Editing in the submitted online application is permitted for three times only.
l. Candidate must register her/his name under the Gujarat Medical Practitioner Act, 1963 before joining, if not already done.
