Applications are invited on prescribed format for the following non-teaching posts on regular basis.
1.Name of the post : Controller of Examination
Pay Scale : (PB-IV Rs. 37400-67000 + GP 10000)

Essential Qualifications:
i) Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade ’B’ in the UGC seven point scale.
ii) At least 15 years of experience as Lecturer (Senior Scale/Lecturer with 8 years in Readers grade along with experience in educational Administration. OR
Comparable experience in the research establishment and/or other institution of higher education.
15 years of administrative experience on which 8 years as Deputy Registrar OR an equivalent post.
Desirable: Experience of conducting the University examinations will be desirable.
2. Name of the post : Librarian
Pay Scale : (PB-IV Rs. 37400-67000 + AGP 10000)

Essential Qualifications:
i) Master’s degree in library science/information science/documentation with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade B in the UGC seven point scale and consistently good academic record;
ii) At least thirteen years as a Deputy Librarian in a University Library or eighteen years’ experience as a College Librarian.
iii) Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work.
iv) Desirable: A M.Phil./ Ph.D. Degree in Library Science/ Information Sciences/ documentation/ achieves and manuscript-keeping.
3. Name of the post : Deputy Librarian
Pay Scale : (PB-III Rs. 15600 – 39100 + AGP 8000)

Essential Qualifications:
i) A Master’s degree in library science/information science/documentation with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale and a consistently good academic record;
ii) Five year’s experience as an Assistant University Librarian/College Librarian.
iii)Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work and professional commitment, computerization of library.
iv) Desirable: A M.Phil/Ph.D. degree in library science/information science/ documentation / archives and manuscript-keeping/computerization of library.
4. Name of the post : Assistant Registrar
Pay Scale : (PB-III Rs. 15600 – 39100 + GP 5400)

ii) The Downloaded application forms must be accompanied with Demand Draft of fee prescribed above in favour of Registrar, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa. The same may also be obtained through post by sending a demand draft of Rs.550/- (Rs.170/- for SC, BC, SBC (Special Backward Class) and EBPG (Economically Backward Person from General category) and PWD of Haryana drawn in favour of the Registrar, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa (Haryana) payable at Sirsa.
iii) The application form duly filled in along with attested supporting documents should reach the office of
