About Online Grievance Lodging and Redress System:
Any person having grievance with any Entitlement function (GPF and Pension) discharged by the Accountants General can record his grievance online. Along with text of the grievance, relevant documents can also be uploaded. Acknowledgments would be provided both via SMS and e-mail, along with status updates via SMS. The status of the grievance redress can also be viewed online on this site.

Q2 : How to view/print registered complaint details?
Ans: Complainant can view/print registered complaint details through “view status of your grievance”. Logged-in user can view/print registered complaint details through pending list by clicking on “sl. no” of particular complaint. But complaint registered online through Internet by comlainant will appear in the pending list after it is reviewed by authenticated user of the office.

My gpf a/c number is ABN18899 for Nagpur. But when check or register, I received message as wrong series number.

You can view the pension status using your name,dept name and treasury name from the official website.
Our office had already submitted withdrawal application to your owners office in month of april 2014. But till the date we don't get the pay order. Kindly do needful order and oblige
