Terms & Conditions :
1. Only one participant with correct answer will be chosen Winner, electronically through a randomized program conducted by Beam, whose decisions are final and binding for this contest.
2. We will inform the winner by email and SMS on their registered email and mobile number and will also display his/her name in the winners gallery.
3. Within 30 days of winner announcement, Beam will deliver the reward directly to the winner. The winning participant shall be required to supply an identity proof to claim the winning prize. The documents acceptable as an identity proof are : Passport, PAN Card or Voter’s ID.
4. To claim the prize the participant must be of 18 years or above and must carry a valid Government Issue ID viz. PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License or Passport.

6. All the entries are payments will be final no refunds will be entertained.
7. Beam will provide free shipping for the items of upto Rs 5,000 via regular courier service. However for the valuable items like Ipad, Hi-Tech Mobile phones, Laptop etc. we prefer to send prizes via premium couriers like DHL, Bluedart, Fedex etc. Here the winner will have to pay the shipping expense in advance. Otherwise item will be delivered at winner’s risk.
8. Items like Bike, Scooter cannot be shipped conveniently. Thus, the winner must visit Beam corporate office, (located in Delhi )for collecting such winnings.

Additional Terms and conditions applicable to Contest Deals :
1. Beam shall under no circumstance exchange the reward for cash or kind.
2. All the participants shall be required to ensure that the mobile number(s), e-mail address and/or other details provided by them to Beam via the Website or otherwise are true, accurate and in use. Any liability, consequence or claim arising on account of any incorrect or outdated information provided by the participants to Beam shall solely be borne by the affected/concerned participants. Beam shall at no time be required to verify the accuracy and/or correctness of the information so provided by the participants. Further, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile phones, e-mail accounts and passwords.
3. Beam may at its sole discretion choose to publish the photograph of the winner(s) on its Website and/or any other publicity media that Beam may at its sole discretion choose to employ without any further compensation to the winning participant. You waive your right to object to such publication and by participating in this deal you grant Beam the right to use the photograph for the above mentioned purpose.
4. If the prize is not claimed by the winning participant within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of notification by Beam (by email and SMS on the registered email and mobile number of the winning participant), for any reason(s) whatsoever, Beam shall be entitled to forfeit the reward. Beam’s right to forfeit the reward as stated herein shall include without limitation cases where the mobile number and/or email address supplied by the participant is incorrect, suspended, hacked or not in use.
5. Jurisdiction-Laws in Force in the State of Delhi, India governs these Terms and Conditions and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India will submit them under their control.
6. Arbitration- If the Parties are unable to resolve any dispute, such dispute shall be submitted to mandatory and binding arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court. The arbitration shall be conducted as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended. The arbitration shall be held in Delhi. The arbitration proceedings and all testimony, filings, documents and information relating to or presented during the arbitration proceedings shall be deemed to be information subject to the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement. The laws of India shall apply7. Beam reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, update or withdraw this Contest at any time without notice.
7. By participating in this Contest, all eligible participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
8. Beam employees and associates and relatives of employees and associates are not eligible to participate.
9. Beam reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the deal or violates these Terms and Conditions or acts in a disruptive manner
