Educational Qualification:
MBA (HRD) with 8 years experience thereafter in a responsible position of Personnel/ Administration with atleast 2 years experience in Govt. Departments/ PSUs/ Autonomous bodies.
OR
Post Graduate in any discipline with 10 years experience post qualification in a responsible position in the field of Personnel/ Administration with atleast 2 years experience in Govt. Departments/ PSUs/ Autonomous bodies.
OR
Graduate in any discipline with PG Diploma in Personnel Management form recognized University with 15 years experience in responsible position in the field of Personnel Management/ Administration with atleast 5 years experience in Govt. Departments/ PSUs/ Autonomous bodies.

Selection: Initial screening will be based on academic record and experience requirement wherever specified. Only short listed candidates shall be called for test and interview. No interim correspondence will be entertained.

Fee : Demand Draft of Rs.500/- in favor of ERNET India, New Delhi
However, SC/ST candidates are exempted from fee.
