Requirements :
E-mail ID is mandatory for booking through the website. If you do not have an E-mail ID you can give a family members ID. The purpose of providing an E-mail ID is for easy communication that may be required from time to time. It is always advisable to provide an E-mail ID. Cancel or Reschedule Appointment :
Once you book an appointment you will be provided with an Apollo edoc ID identification no and password. You may log in with the ID and password and manage your appointments. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with the same or a different doctor depending on the availability of doctor slot on the chosen date.
Confirmation :
Once you book an appointment you will be mailed a confirmation of the same which will have all the necessary details of your appointment (appointment date time specialty and doctors name). You will also receive a sms provided you have given your mobile number. You will receive a reminder sms a day before your appointment. If for any reason your doctor is not available on that particular day our customer care team will intimate you by phone or E-mail prior to the appointment and reschedule your appointment. In case of emergency please approach our Emergency department.

How many days before I can book doctor appointment?
I have been suffered from Back Spine Pain for last few months, already visited with neurologist and tested so many testing and diagnosis Ankylosing Spondoletis and transferred to Rheumatologist. So in which way I can get easily and fast Appointment.
My mother is a kidney patient. Her condition is not well up to under our country(Bangladesh) specialist. Now I decided to send Apollo hospital Chennai. But I haven't any idea about here who is the specialist. Please help me and reply me as doctor name and contract email or mobile no.
My brother Kuldip kakoti has developed paraplegia on 5th Feb due to inflammation and cord pressure at the spinal cord. He operated on 17th Feb. He was with anti TB drug suspecting spinal cord TB on the basis of SPINE-MRI results. However biopsy did not confirm the TB. TB drug is withdrawn.
He is arriving at Apollo ,Chennai on 19th March for two reasons:
1.Advanced treatment of paraplegia if any.
2.To confirm the cause of infection.
