** Pass in All India Trade Test for surveyor course conducted by the Industrial Training institute, Govt. of A.P.; with experience in Town Planning or Engg. Or Survey for a period of not less than one year

** Pass in Govt. Tech. Examination in the following subjects with experience in drawing in the T.P. Dept. or Local Authority or PWD or T.P.T. for a period of not less than two years;
i) Building Drawing and estimation (higher)
ii) Surveying & levelling (higher)
iii) Building materials and construction (higher)
iv) Mensuration (lower)
v) Practical plans and solid geometry (lower)

FEE:
Each applicant must pay Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) towards Application Processing Fee and Examination Fee.

HOW TO UPLOADTHE APPLICATION FORM:
i) Candidate has to pay Rs.500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) at any eSeva /mee Seva / APOnline centre or through eSeva/meeSeva/APOnline payment gateway. Candidate need to provide basic details like Name, Date of Birth, mobile Number and Community when they do the payment at eSeva/meeSeva/APOnline Centre and obtain a receipt with JOURNAL NUMBER printed on it.

ii) After payment of fee the applicant has to visit the website vuda.cgg.gov.in and access the online application form. The applicant has to provide details of JOURNAL NUMBER given on the payment receipt to access the application form. The candidate has to fill all the relevant details and upload “scanned copy of passport photo with signature below the photo” and submit into the system. On successful submission, system will alert the applicant to download pdf document containing the details submitted by the applicant with unique application number (Reference ID) as acknowledgement.

iii) Hand written/ Typed/ Photostat copies/ outside printed Application Form will not be accepted and liable for rejection.

Details furnished in the application are final. Subsequent requests for corrections will not be entertained for wrong filling of application.
After payment of fee at any APOnline Centre on or before 02-04-2014 , candidate has to visit this website( http://vuda.cgg.gov.in) to submit application

Photograph with Signature :
Paste the Photo on any white paper and Sign below. Ensure that the signature is within the box. Only Scan the photograph along with the signature. Please do not scan the complete page.
The entire image consisting of the photo along with the signature is required to be scanned and stored in *.jpg format on local machine. Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the file is more than 50kb, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the dpi resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning.
