1. It gives us great pleasure in inviting you to appear for an interview for the above mentioned post, based on the merit of written test conducted on 23.02.2014 (Sunday).
2. You are requested to be present in our office at NHPC Office Complex, Sector-33, Faridabad-121003, Haryana (around 4 km from Badarpur Border, New Delhi ) on —-.04.2014, ——DAY at —.00 AM for document verification process. In case the documents are in order then only you will be allowed to appear in the interview.
3. Your candidature has been considered provisionally. In case, it is found that you do not possess the requisite qualification or do not meet any other criteria outlined in our Advt. No. NH/Rectt./02/2013, your candidature shall be cancelled.
4. Please ensure to bring the following original documents / certificates together with one attested copy of each:
i. Proof of Date of Birth.
ii. Certificate in respect of prescribed qualification.
iii. Mark sheets all semesters/years/attempts of examination of prescribed qualification.
iv. Experience certificate (if applicable).
v. Proof of your pay and allowances etc. if employed, drawn in various posts and documents regarding various posts.
vi. “No Objection Certificate” from your present employer, if serving in Central Govt./State Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Organisation, in case your application has not been forwarded through proper channel.
vii. Discharge certificate from defence services (for Ex-servicemen).
viii. One passport size photograph.
ix. Caste certificate (if applicable) (in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority in case of SC/ST/OBC- Proforma available on NHPC Website)
x. OBC candidates must produce a recent caste certificate (non-creamy layer) as applicable for the posts under the Government of India.
xi. Disability certificate (PwD) issued by a Government Hospital/ Medical Board showing the degree of permanent disability in support of their claim for being handicapped (Proforma available on NHPC Website). Please ensure that your disability is as per notified disability in our Advt. No. NH/Rectt./02/2013 for the said post. (if applicable)
xii. 6 copies of your bio-data in the format (specimen enclosed) duly filled.
xiii. Any other certificate/documents if required to be produced as per the specification of the advertisement
5. For attending the interview, outstation candidates will be paid 2nd class to and fro Railway/ Ordinary Bus fare by the shortest route on production of Railway Ticket PNR No./ Bus journey tickets and the documents mentioned in para 4 above. The payment of travelling expenditure may be sent to the candidate by post later on. It will not be possible for the company to make any arrangement for your stay for attending the interview.
6. Please note that if all the relevant documents mentioned in para 4 above are not produced on the date of interview or if you are found not fulfilling the qualifications or other criteria outlined in our Advt. No. NH/Rectt./02/2013 or fail to produce any of the requisite documents as mentioned by you at the time of ONLINE registration, your candidature shall be cancelled and you shall neither be interviewed nor paid travelling fare.
