Structure of CAT :
Marks and Scoring: The CAT score will be calculated as per the formula, S = 3R – 1W, where S is the CAT score, R is the number of right answers and W is the number of wrong answers. For each right answer 3 marks will be awarded and for each wrong answer one mark will be deducted.
Group Discussion and Interview :
Applicants for M.B.A (Full-time) / M.B.A (Part-time), M.B.A (International Business), M.B.A. (Travel & Tourism) will be short-listed on the basis of their scores in C-MAT (AICTE ) / MAT (AIMA)/ CAT(IIM) and will be required to attend Group Discussion and Interview.
Applicants for M. Sc Industrial Fisheries will be short-listed on the basis of their CAT score and will be required to attend interview.
CAT Rank Lists :
M.B.A (F.T) / (P.T), M.B.A (I.B) & M.B.A. (T.T.) : Rank lists for M.B.A (Full-time) / (Part-time), M.B.A (I.B.) M.B.A. (T.T.) are prepared on the combined basis of the C-MAT score (AICTE) / MAT Score (AIMA)/ CAT(IIM) score and performance at Group Discussion and Interview as indicated below. The normalization procedure the C-MAT / MAT Score/ CAT(IIM) score will be decided by the University.
