SC/ST Post Metric Scholarship :
Post-Matric scholarships are sanctioned to SC students studying in various courses in recognised colleges and universities after S.S.L.C. for both day scholars and hostellers at different rates prescribed by the Government of India.

In this scheme, the income limit of the student’s parents is considered. The parents’ income from all sources should not exceed Rs.1, 00,000 per annum.

Procedure :
The Taluk Social Welfare Officer sends the required number of application forms to all the colleges. The principal or Head of Institution distributes the forms and collects the duly filled application forms from eligible SC students and submits to the T.S.W.O for scrutiny & sanction before 10th of August every year. Such application forms are scrutinized before 31st of August and list of eligible candidates is made institute-wise before 15 the September, each year. After the sanction, of scholarship the list of eligible students along with Cheque is forwarded to concerned head of Institution before 10th of October every year for disbursement. After the disbursement, stamped acquaintance roll is sent to the T.S.W.O’s office for record purpose.

Eligibility :
** Only SC/ST candidates are eligible for the award of these scholarships.
** The parents’ income limit should not exceed Rs. 1.00 lakhs per annum.
** Students who avail the benefit of G.O.I. scholarship in one course are eligible to claim the same benefit for higher studies.
** Students, who are employed, are not eligible.
** In a family only two male children are eligible for the scholarship, but there is no restriction for children.
** The students who are eligible to avail the G.O.I. scholarship are not eligible to avail of any other scholarship.

Documents Required :
** Caste Certificate.
** Income certificate.
** Marks card of the previous exam.

Obtaining Provisional Registration Number :
** Enter all the details and click on “Submit” button.
** The system will display the provisional registration number.
** Note down the registration number before going to college for confirmation.

Print Registration form Details :
Enter your provisional registration number,and click on “Submit Reg No”
The system will display the details of registration.

Login for students :
Login using registration number and date of birth as password in the region highlighted.

Home Page :
All the options available for student are listed. Using this the student can view his application status , Apply for post – metric scholarship or change his password.

Post-Metric Scholarship application :
Fill all the details and click on “Save” the appluication will be forwarded to concerned TSWO

Application Status :
Latest application status will be displayed

Change Password :
Student can change his password using this screen.

Attention :
Now Students can take print out of Scholarship Request & Renewal acknowledgement in Login.
