Radharaman National Talent Search Examination – 2014 :
Guidelines for Online submission of Radharaman National Talent Search Examination (R-NTSE) form
1. Kindly attaché scanned copy of your 10th / 12th board exam admit card (whichever is applicable) in case the student has appeared in final board exam in 2014 and his/ her result is expected by July 2014.
2. Kindly attaché scanned copy of your 10th / 12th mark sheet (whichever is applicable) in case the student has passed out in 2013.
3. Kindly attaché recent passport size colour photograph.
4. Kindly attaché signature.

RULES AND TERMS & CONDITIONS OF R-NTSE :
Before & during filling up the forms :
This examination will be separate for 10th & 12th (PCM) Class students and a separate merit list will be maintained for both the group (class 10th & 12th). 24 Scholarships to be given to 12th Class students and 24 Scholarships to be given to 10th Class students. Apart from that 500 Radharaman National Gold / Silver Medals be given with certificate.

Students who have passed out 12 Class in 2013 or who have appeared in final board exam of 12th in 2014, and are expecting results by July 2014 will be considered in one group and they will be eligible for scholarship for 04 Yrs. Engineering Course.

Similarly, Students who have passed out 10th Class in 2013 or who have appeared in final board exam of 10th Class in 2014 and are expecting results by July 2014 will be considered in one group and they will be eligible for scholarship for 03 Yrs. Diploma Course.

1. All the students desirous to fill the R-NTSE forms must agree and accept all the terms & conditions of R-NTSE.

2. Students of only selected state (MP, UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttrakhand) who have appeared in the final board examination (Full Time Course) of 10th & 12th (Only PCM Group- Who have appeared in JEE) in 2014 and those who have passed out in 2013 are eligible for R-NTSE.

3. Students must furnish true/ correct details in form; otherwise the form will be rejected.

4. Students must attached the enclosure with the form as per the details given:-
1) Students passed out in 2013:- 10th Students must enclosed attested copy of 10th Mark sheet and 02 passport size photo. 12th Students must enclosed attested copy of 12th Mark sheet and 02 passport size photo. 2.
1) Students passing out in 2014:- 10th Students must enclosed attested copy of 10th Board Admit Card and 02 passport size photo. 12th Students must enclosed attested copy of 12th Board Admit and 02 passport size photo.

5. Students must write the name, class and DOB at the back of the photograph.

6. The R-NTSE Examination committee is free to change the examination centers opted by the candidates also is free to conceal any / all of examination centers without any prior notice.

7. The The R-NTSE Examination committee is free to shift the examination center as opted by the candidate from one center to the other or otherwise.

8. The selection will be entirely on the basis of written examination.

9. The examination committee reserves the right to change the Dates i.e. Last Date of receipt of forms, Date of exam etc.
10. The candidates should send the dully filled forms with enclosure by post.
11. The dully filled forms with all the enclosures must reached to the given address on or before 05.05.2014, after that no forms will be accepted.

Admit Cards :
Admit cards will be sent to the candidate at the postal address provided by the candidates in form.
Admit card will also be uploaded on our website. If any candidate doesn’t receive admit card latest by 25th May, 2014, he/she may visit our website and can download the admit card or else can call at any given number.
On admit cards complete address of the Exam center, timings, do & don’ts during exam will be mentioned.
Use of calculator, mobile, or any electronic equipment/ device/ instruments is prohibited during exam.

After Exam :
The numbers of scholarship distributed will depend on the numbers of forms filled and numbers of candidates appeared for the exam.

The examination committee reserves the right to terminate the candidature / scholarship at any stage if any information provided by the candidates found to be false or far from facts.

The R-NTSE Committee will depute a sub-committee for monitoring the performance of the scholarship holders, if the performance is below to the expected level* the scholarship is liable to be terminated without any prior notice.

The examination committee reserves the right to terminate the candidature / scholarship at any stage because of any unavoidable circumstances or act of God without assigning any reason for it.

The decision of Examination committee will be final and the participant will be bound to accept the same, in no case this will be produced before the court of law.

The scholarship will be payable by DD / Cheque etc. in the name of the Head of the Institutions (tuition fee) and for other expenses will be paid through cheque to candidates after producing proper bills in two stollement in a year.

These rules are interim and can be changed at any stage without prior notice to the candidates.
