T&C For Goa Football Club Indian Super League (ISL) Contest :
1. The Contest is a promotion of Videocon Reality Private Limited (VRPL).
2. To participate in the contest ‘participants’ must ? Suggest a Name and Nickname for the Goa Football Club under Indian Super League “ISL” with Goa as a Prefix (eg. Goa Dolphins).
3. The participant must satisfy condition under point 2 above and entries must be emailed to Goaisl2014@gmail.com on or before 07th May, 2014 by 2359 hrs (Indian Standard Time).
4. The participant will be required to send the email with complete condition mentioned in point 2 alongwith complete and correct details like Full Name, Address, Mobile Number and anyother documents sought by VRPL.
5. The Contest Question would be put up on www.videocond2h.com , www.videoconworld.com, www.videocontelecom.com, www.videoconmobiles.com / Videocon d2h Home Channel “LCN 100”/ all social media only and anyother promotion activities.
6. The Contest is open until 07th May, 2014, 2359 hrs (Indian Standard Time).
7. All the entries received after the last date as mentioned in point 6 shall be rejected. VRPL or Videocon Group Companies shall not be responsible for any non-receipt or delay in receipt of entries.
8. The participant should be 18 years or above and only resident of India are eligible to participate in the contest.
9. This contest shall be available only in India except State of Tamil Nadu.
10. Incomplete or illegible entries shall be disqualified. The decision of VRPL in this respect shall be final and binding on all participants.
11. The participants will be required to follow all rules made and directions given by VRPL in connection with the Contest.
12. The participant must hold a valid Government Photo Identity Cards prior before entering the contest.
13. A participant who satisfies all the above requirements will be randomly selected, from the pool of eligible participants’ and declared a Winner. Only one participant against an Email id registered with VRPL will be eligible to be declared as winner. A participant can only enter the contest from only one Email ID, multiple entries to the contest from different email id’s by a participant or vice versa shall be disqualified. VRPL reserves the right to devise a selection procedure and can change the rules of the contest, contained therein at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
14. VRPL has the sole right to determine the Winner. The decision arrived at by VRPL shall be final and binding and shall not be subject to challenge before any court of law, forum or authority. The Winner will be notified by VRPL through the customer details mentioned in the respective email of the participant.
15. The Winner selected by the process laid down by VRPL shall be entitled to Cash Prize of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) and 1 complimentary pass to match/s for Goa Football Club upon commencement of ISL season. Travelling, lodging and all allied expenses shall be borne by winner at his/her own cost. The Winner shall procure travel insurance cover for the trip at his/her own cost. VRPL & their group companies will not be responsible for any loss either to life or property so caused.
16. In case of forfeiture, another winner will be chosen under the same procedure for selection stipulated above and the same rules of selecting the new winner shall apply.
17. VRPL and their group companies and employees will not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability caused to the winner arising out of this contest.
18. The winner will be required to give an undertaking to VRPL that he/she will not indulge in any activities/behavior while on the trip to Goa during ISL Season that may be detrimental to the interest/image of VRPL.
19. The complimentary pass is not transferable and/or refundable and/or cannot be encashed.
20. VRPL reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate by it.
21. VRPL will have the right to use the image of the Winner in any promotional materials for a period of one year from the date of the event. By participating in the contest, the Winner has agreed to participate in any promotional activity(ies) and/or have his/her name and likeness featured in any promotional material as VRPL may require.
22. VRPL will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this contest caused by events beyond its’ reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods etc.
23. By participating in the contest, Winners waive any right to claim ambiguity in the rules, and release, indemnify and hold harmless VRPL and Videocon Group Companies and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, permitted assigns, advertising, promotion agencies, and all of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees (collectively, “releases” from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising out of participation in the contest (including but not limited to any use, misuse, or nonuse of the trip by the Winner), or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the trip that may be awarded. Winners agree to accept the Cash Prize and Complimentary Pass “as is”.
24. Participants acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the contest, including but not limited to, eligibility, cheating, advancement, and other issues related to the contest shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of VRPL, and that such a decision by VRPL shall be final and binding.
25. Participants represent, warrant and undertake (a) to comply with these Rules, and (b) that they release and hold harmless VRPL its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind. The contest organizers/sponsors are not responsible for any printing or typographical errors in any draw related materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason whatsoever, including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access any web site associated with this contest, or process any transaction thereon.
26. VRPL and Videocon Group Companies will not be made party to any suit or other proceedings filed by the Winner or his/her Guests or any third party in relation to this contest or the Prize.
27. The contest is not open to employees of VRPL and their Group companies and their immediate family members like parents, spouse, siblings and children.
28. For all disputes, grievances, complaints related to the entire contest, decision of VRPL shall be final and binding.
29. The terms and conditions of the contest shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
30. The Prize shall be provided to the winner of the contest after taking in to consideration all laws of India, including tax laws.
31. The participants shall by virtue of their participation in the contest be deemed to have accepted and shall abide by all the rules and regulations of the contest.
