NutriJig Contest 2014 :
Who is Eligible :
This Contest is open only to legal residents of India. Employees of Britannia Industries Limited (BIL), Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), their subsidiaries and affiliates, or of other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and each of their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. In addition, RCB sponsored athletes and their immediate families are not eligible.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. No claims or communications entertained in this regard. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Only participants of or above 18 years of age can qualify for the Grand Prize to meet team RCB in Bengaluru. However, participants below 18 years of age can still qualify for the daily prize of Autographed RCB jerseys and Personalized Autographic Digital Posters.
When can I enter :
The contest is valid from 7th May, 2014 to June 2014 for the secondary gratification. For the grand prize, the contest period will be considered as 7th May, 2014 to 20th May, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”).
How can I enter :
** Visit http://www.ihealthu.com/nutrijig/create-jig and follow the 3 steps to enter and qualify in the contest.
** Record your NutriJig Videos (15 Sec max) on any device, preferably your phones. ;
** Upload the video on our facebook page / send it to us via whats app on (+91)8879120550 / email it to us at submit.nutrijig@ihealthu.com ;

What are the requirements for Entries :
Any elements that appear in the entry must be entirely original, created by the entrant, or be in the public domain. Use of any elements that are not original or in the public domain will result in disqualification of an entry, in the sole discretion of BIL.
Content Restrictions :
The entry must NOT contain :
** People other than the entrant in the photo;
** Marks that identify a brand (other than Britannia NutriChoice and RCB);
** Material/pictures that violate or infringe another person’s rights (living or deceased), including but not limited to privacy, publicity, copyright or any other intellectual property rights;
** Nudity, acts of violence, acts that appear to cause injury or harm;
** Dangerous stunts;
** Real weapons of any kind, including, but not limited to, guns, knives or projectiles;
** Drug use;
** Smoking;
** Material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or any other basis protected by National, State, or Local Law, Ordinance, or Regulation; and
** Material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where the entry is created.
BIL in its sole discretion shall determine whether an entry is eligible. Any entry that violates this section or is otherwise objectionable (as determined solely by Britannia NutriChoice), will not be considered and will be disqualified.
What rights does the BIL have to my Entry :
By submitting an entry, you grant BIL the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to copyright, reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use the entry (with or without using the your name) in any media throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from you or any other party. By submitting an entry, you further agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against the BIL, or any other person, on the grounds that any use of the entry, or any derivative works, infringe any of your rights, including, without limitation, copyrights or moral rights.
You further acknowledge that BIL is in no way obligated to publish or use your entry in any way. Nothing herein shall constitute an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and BIL. In no way are you to be construed as the agent or to be acting as the agent of BIL.
How will winners be selected :
The Winners will be selected on a random basis by an independent Auditor who will be appointed by BIL.
The decision of the Auditor regarding selection of Winners shall be final and binding. No communication or claims shall be entertained in the regard.
The prize cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash
Grand Prize :
On May 20th, 2014, 5 grand prize winners will be announced and will be flown to Bangalore to Meet team RCB. You may submit as many NutriJigs as you like between May 7th, 2014 and May 20th, 2014. Since the last match of RCB is on 24th May 2014 in Bangalore, entries received after 20th May 2014 will not be eligible for the Grand Prize. However the contest period will continue for the other prizes (Official RCB Tees).
Daily Prize :
Daily prize winners’ names will be announced daily on Facebook from 7th May, 2014 onwards, till 20th May, 2014. There will be prizes for daily best NutriJigs as well as mini contests.
What can I win :
Five(5) Grand Prize Winners will receive an all-expense-paid trip to Bengaluru and an opportunity to JIG with the players of team RCB. The Participants are not allowed to bring any companion along with them and BIL shall not be liable to bear the cost, expenses or make any travel arrangements of any person besides the Winner.
5 Daily Winners will receive an Official RCB Tee.
BIL reserves the right to change or alter this Contest in part or full, change, substitute or offer additional prizes or change any of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of BIL in this regard and in general with respect to this Contest and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
The Winner is responsible for any and all other costs and expenses not listed above.

The 5 Grand Prize Winners will be contacted via Email / Whatsapp / Facebook, which ever method is used by the participant to submit a NutriJig.

What other terms should I be aware of :
** Unless prohibited by law, entrants agree to allow use of their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification.
** The Contest is subject to National, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, BIL may, in its sole discretion, either : (a) cancel or terminate the Contest; (b) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Terms and conditions; or (c) award the prizes according to the Judging Criteria from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. BIL reserves the right to disqualify any entries/individuals, if it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions of the contest or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
** Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, BIL reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by BIL to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
** In the event that BIL is prevented from continuing with the Contest or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Contest is severely undermined by any event beyond the control BIL, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of BIL, BIL shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Contest without any further obligation.
** By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BIL, its parent and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest, including, but not limited to : (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest;(b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines;(c) printing errors;(d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail;(e) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries;or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Entrant agrees that the Released Parties have made no warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any prize.
** The courts of competent jurisdiction at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Contest.
** Further all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and/or BIL and/or Partners of this Contest, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
