Important Information :
1 Download the Rank Card from kiitee.ac.in
2 Candidates have to report at the counselling venue half an hour before the time of counselling.
3 Counselling will be stopped at any time as soon as all the seats are filled up
Documents/Fees To Be Produced On The Day Of Counselling : Candidates should produce following Original Certificates with one set of Xerox Copies on the day of counselling .Original Certificates will be returned after verification and Xerox Copies will be retained by the university for office use.
1. Admit Card
2. Rank Card
3. 10th Pass Certificate
4. 12th Marksheet
5. B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. or Equivalent Degree Certificate and Marks Sheet
6. GATE Score Card (For GATE Qualified candidates only)
7. Two numbers of passport size color photographs
8. Demand Draft of Rs. 62,000/- which includes the counselling registration fees of Rs. 6,000/- in favour of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar. Cash payment will not be accepted. Balance fees is to be deposited by 20th June,2014.
Important Note for Appearing Candidates :
Appearing Candidates opting for the above Courses can attend Counseling subject to following terms & conditions.
1. Agrees to give undertaking for submission of final mark sheet/certificate on or before 31st August,2014 otherwise his/her admission shall stand cancelled automatically.
2. Undertaking will be accepted only for final semester(for semester pattern) or final year(for year pattern) examination.
3. Candidates having back paper in any of the previous semester/year in qualifying examination will not be considered.
4. Candidates, whose final semester/year mark sheet is pending, their percentage will be calculated based on the latest available mark sheets produced on the day of counseling
Authorization to parents for attending Counselling :
Either of the parents can attend counselling on behalf of the candidate with following additional documents.
1. Authorization letter from the candidate
2. Identity proof with photograph
3. Certificate mentioning the name of parent attending the counselling (Birth Certificate / 10th Pass certificate) . In such cases admission will be purely provisional and seat allotment letter will be issued only after biometric verification of candidate.
