Prize :
Under the duration of Contest, winner will be chosen based on best slogan and will win the grand prize of a brand new NBS VeritoVibe orQuanto.
Mechanism for participation :
** There is no entry fee for participation.
** Participant MUST take NBS test drive at NBS International Limited situated at Chowpatty or Andheri, authorized dealership and fill in slogan form and submit to NBS representative, failing which participant would be disqualified from the Contest.
** He/ She has to fill the slogan form as mentioned and complete all other formalities as required by NBS in all respects.
** Participants need to answer ALL the questions and enter their valid contact details as per the form given.
** Complete the slogan and incomplete entries will be excluded.
** The winning entries will be decided as per the sole discretion of NBS. Winners will have to redeem the prizes as per the process specified by NBS. Only the ex-showroom cost of the Mahindra Verito Vibe or Quanto will be borne by NBS. Any and all other taxes and levies or any other expenses including RTO registration, insurance charges, octroietc. arising from the prizes will be the sole responsibility of the Winners and shall be borne by the Winner.
** The prize does NOT include any cost which participants may incur while traveling to the given locations. NBS will bear ONLY the travel expenses (to & fro) and accommodation expenses. These trips are only domestic trips.Any other charges like airport charges and other taxes will be done by the customers.
** NBS will not be responsible if participants fail to present themselves on the date and time informed by NBS or its authorized representative.

Duration of Contest :
** Only valid entries submitted between 25th Jan’2014 to 29th June 2014 are eligible for the Contest.
** Winners will be announced on website of NBS i.e. nbsmahindra.com on 7th July 2014.
Who can participate :
** Indian Residents can participate in this Contest. Participant’s age must be above 18 years.
** The delivery of the prizes will be made as per the sole discretion of NBS. Winners will have to redeem the prizes as per the process specified by NBS.
** Employees (including relatives) of NBS, Mahindra and Mahindra Limited (Mahindra), Mahindra Holidays &Resorts India Ltd., (MHRIL) and Law and Keneth cannot participate in this Contest.
** NBS reserves the right to check Winner’s identity proof for their authenticity and shall have right to reject them if not found genuine.
Winner selection :
** The winner will be decided on the slogan filled in by the Participation.
** The jury shall be decided by NBS and the decision of the jury shall be final and binding.
Other Terms and Conditions :
** Participation in this Contest (hereinafter referred as “Contest”), is purely voluntary and at the sole discretion of the person/ individual. Participant agrees that he / she has understood and is bound by the terms and conditions set out herein.
** Only One entry per person is allowed.
** Participant needs to ensure correctness of his/her personal information on this form to be eligible for the Contest.
** Participant hereby authorizes NBS & MHRIL to communicate with him / her by using different mode of communication as deem fit, from time to time about the matters connected with the Contest.
Participant unconditionally agrees that he/ she shall not :
** do anything which violates any of the Terms;
** make any misrepresentation;
** do anything that does not comply with generally accepted internet etiquette including (without limitation) the excessive use of inflammatory or antagonistic criticism (“flaming”), or wastefully and unnecessarily including previous communications in any postings;
** perform system abuse;
** Post abusive, obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory, libelous, offensive, controversial or sexually explicit material.
** Intentionally make false or misleading statements.
** Offer to sell or buy any product or service.
** Post material that infringes copyright.
** Post information that he/ she knows to be confidential or sensitive or otherwise in breach of the law.

Terms & Condition :
** NBS shall not be held liable if the communication pertaining to the winning entry does not reach the intended participant for any of any reason including incorrect e-mail address given at the time of submitting entry, any other reason, technical or otherwise, beyond the control of NBS.
** There is no cash alternative and the prize / benefits are non- transferable and non-substitutable. NBS reserves the right to change any prize / benefits of the Contest at any time without any prior notice or consultation.
** NBS reserves the right to offer the prize to other entrants, should a winner be unable, for any reason, to accept the prize.
** Participants agree to make themselves available for publicity purposes if requested by NBS and MHRIL and agree to the use of their image and quotes for such publicity.
** In the event of a dispute the decision by NBS is final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
** All rights as to choosing the winner vest with NBS and shall be done as per the procedure adopted by NBS with or without supervision of any third party.
** Whenever called for, Participant will be required to complete all formalities as may be communicated by NBS and/or its authorized representative, failing which he/she shall be disqualified at any time or at any stage. In case false information is revealed at any time after participation, the Participant shall be liable to return all benefits provided under the Contests.
** NBS reserves the right to restrict / bar any person from participating in the Contest without quoting any reasons for the same.
** NBS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. An updated version of the same shall be available on the website.
** The Contest can be discontinued or modified at any time at the sole discretion of NBS without stating any reasons; no claim in this regard shall be entertained.
** Participants found indulging in any malpractices such as cheating or creating dubious profiles etc., shall be disqualified from the Contest at any time and shall not be eligible for any Prize.
** All the content entered by participant becomes NBS property and can be used by the NBS and/or its authorized representative as where and when they deem appropriate.
** The Participant grants to NBS and/or its authorized representative the right to use participant’s all or any information textual and/or visual as disclosed by the Participants, or which is made available through social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter etc. This information can be used as per sole discretion of NBS for the purpose of creating videos and using images on any digital platforms in relation to the Contest or otherwise.
** Participants shall agree to make their social media profiles accessible to the Contest online application while participating in the Contest. The social media platforms are including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter etc.
** It’s assumed that the Participants who have successfully submitted their entry have read the Terms and Condition and agree to it unconditionally.
** This Contest is applicable only in the territories of Mumbai, India, unless prohibited by law.
** NBS is neither responsible for guaranteeing the quality of the prizes nor is liable for any deficiencies/ defects in the same. NBS shall not be responsible for any guarantee/ warranty/ terms and conditions which may be imposed by the Contest partners in relation to the products/ services offered by them.
** NBS shall not be responsible for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental action, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for the same.
** NBS shall not be liable under any circumstances towards any loss or damage or expenses or cost or any third party liability, whether directly or indirectly, arising out or in relation to use or availing of any prizes and/or in connection with the said prizes as the case may be.
** NBS reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Contest and the terms and conditions of the Contest at any time without prior notice at its absolute discretion and without assigning any reason.
** The names of the winners shall be announced in any manner / medium as deemed appropriate by NBS.
** The winners shall be contacted on the mobile number shared by them during Contest participation. NBS shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any Participant who cannot be contacted on the mobile number or if the mobile number is incorrect.
** The prize winners shall execute all such documentation as deemed necessary by NBS and allow NBS and their assignees to use, display, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, assign, exchange, license, sub-license, in all and all locations, in any medium, form or format, in any number, the picture, image or likeness and the reproductions of the winner, and any biographical information furnished by the winner to NBS.
** The winners shall be required to provide self attested proof of identity, confirmation of his/her mobile number along with the response received acknowledging his/her participation, proof of residence and all other documentation as required by NBS and/or its authorized representative and/or law.
** NBS shall make all possible efforts to deliver the grand prize to the Winner within ____ weeks. [Please specify the time]However, NBS shall not be responsible if the said delivery period gets extended.
** Winners must claim the prize in the manner communicated by NBS. In case the winner fails to claim the prize on or before the specified date, he/she shall be deemed to have surrendered the prize.

** In case of change in date of Contest / computerized automated draw or cancellation thereof for any reason, NBS shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
** Participant shall indemnify and keep indemnifying NBS and/or its group companies, affiliate and/or its authorized representatives and/or directors, officer, employees, agents of such NBS and/or its group companies, affiliate and/or its authorized representatives from any loss that may occur to them due to non-adherence to these terms and conditions or due to submission of abusive, defamatory content submitted for the Contest or otherwise.
** NBS does not exercise any control, nor does it have the means for exercising this control, amongst others, regarding the quality, originality, authenticity, legality, security or validity of the Contest entries.
** NBS reserves the right to remove, refuse or cancel access to any participant without any reason therefore and shall be under no obligation to provide any benefits accrued under the Contest.
** The participant shall not, without any valid license or authorization, use the intellectual property rights belonging to NBS and/or third parties.
** Contest is subject to force majeure events and situations beyond control of NBS and/or its group companies, affiliate and/or its authorized representatives.
** NBS reserves the right to suspend, shorten, modify, extend or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion.
** The entries submitted by any individual under this Contest or otherwise shall be treated as his /her own independent personal views and submissions; NBS and/or its authorized representatives do not acknowledge or agree with any such content and further shall not be held liable for any defamatory, abusive language used and loss occurring to any third party.
** These Terms & Conditions and the Contest shall be governed by Indian law only.
** Any or All disputes relating to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Mumbai only to the exclusion of all other courts.
