HDFC’s India Homes Fair Lucky Draw 2014 :
1. HDFC’s India Homes fair will be conducted on 14/06/2014 & 15/06/2014 at Hilton London Metropole, Edgware Road between 10 am to 7 pm.
2. HDFC’s India Homes fair Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is open to all eligible Registered Participants (collectively “Participants” as may be determined by Here&Now365 Ltd (“Event Manager”) at its sole and absolute discretion.
3. The Lucky Draw promotions will extend to Online pre registrations received on or before 14th of June 2014. Each online pre-registration for the HDFC’s India Homes Fair received on or before 14th June 2014 will be eligible to win Prize in accordance to the following terms.
(i) Event Participants register online on or before 14th June 2014 will be eligible for participating in Lucky draw and will receive necessary confirmation from Event Manager by either an email, and/or SMS. The participant can also take print out of the registration screen.
(ii) Event Participants shall provide the proof of registration along with Photo ID at the Exhibition Venue and also to the Event Manager at the time collection of the Prize.
** Participant becomes eligible for the contest if both of the above conditions are complied.
** 1 lucky winner will be selected based on a Lucky Draw, on 15th of June 2014 at 7.00 p. m. at the venue in front of people present.
** 1 lucky winner gets an iPad.

4. Event Manager or HDFC employees, their immediate families and associated agencies/vendors are not eligible for the Lucky Draw promotion.
5. Only entries received as per point 3(i) stated above with complete & accurate information will be eligible for the Lucky Draw.
6. If the winner of the lucky draw is not present to collect the prize on 15th June 2014 in such case the winners will be notified by email and they shall collect the prize from the Event Manager Here&Now365 Ltd on or before 30th of June 2014. The prize would be distributed upon proof of identification of the Participant and furnishing of registration slip.
7. Event Manager or HDFC does not provide any express guarantee or warranty for any of the prizes awarded to the winners against any defects/damages/usage problems. Event Manager or HDFC disclaims any liability for the same. The prizes are being provided on an as is basis after being procured from the market.
8. All applicable taxes if any will be borne by the winners.
9. The offer is non-encashable. No other scheme can be clubbed together. * iPad is a registered trademark of Apple Inc (USA).
10. It is a condition precedent for participation in the Lucky Draw that the winner consents to the public disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number and such other information that may indicate his/her accounts with Event Manager and photographs for publicity or commercial purposes or otherwise participate in the publicity activities of Event Manager in relation to the Lucky Draw and to the use of any date provided by such winner for any future marketing effort by the Event Manager /HDFC group of companies, without any payment or compensation thereof.
11. The decisions of Event Manager on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw are final, conclusive and binding. Event Manager shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any persons on any matter concerning the Lucky Draw.
12. Notwithstanding anything in these Terms and Conditions, Event Manager reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to determine and/or amend, by addition to, subtraction from or variation of, these Terms and Conditions, or cancel the Lucky Draw without prior notification, including but not limited to the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all participants shall be bound by these amendments.
13. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
14. The Participant has understood and accepted the terms and conditions for the Lucky Draw and signed the registration form.
General Terms and Condition for the Event :
1. The visitor expressly agrees to receive other information related to any services offered by the participants or HDFC products and services through SMS, telecall and or email.
2. Event Manager or HDFC shall not be liable to any visitor due to any loss, damages, injury and inconvenience for any reason whatsoever. The visitor has understood and accepted the terms and conditions for the lucky draw.
