Simply visit APOnline telangana website at any time, to pay Your bills. APOnline offers customers two convenient ways to pay bills on the Internet :

(a) Register and Pay Service: You can choose to register with APOnline to pay bills on the Internet.
** View Your summary bill details and make a payment
** Pay a bill online using credit card
** Receive a unique Transaction Id for each payment; and
** Receive various bill alerts and notifications

(b) Pay right away Service : If You choose not to register with APOnline You can still pay Your bills (on the basis of the physical bills received by You) at the APOnline website by using Credit Card. This service option allows You to Specify details of the bill that You wish to make a payment towards
Pay the bill online using credit card; and Receive a unique Transactions Id for each payment.

Eligibility of Users :
To use the APOnline Service You must be an individual of at least 18 years of age who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law or a corporation, trust, association of persons or firm which can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. In case of a corporation, trust, association of persons or a firm, You must be authorised to agree to the Terms and Conditions to access, use and avail of the APOnline Service. If you are not a Resident Indian, you may access, use and avail of the APOnline Service only to the extent that the laws of India and those of your country permit you to do so. Further, your use of the Service is based on the understanding and agreement that by accessing and using the Service, you may be violating the local laws in India and/or your country. You agree that you will be solely and absolutely liable for any liability incurred by you in this regard and you will indemnify APOnline and/or its Service Partner against any liability incurred by them in this regard.

Charges and Fees :
APOnline reserves the right to charge and recover from the User fees for availing the Service. Currently APOnline does not charge any transaction fees for availing the online bill payment service. The APOnline fees may be revised by from time to time. These changes shall be effective from the time they are posted on to the APOnline website. You are bound by such revisions and should therefore visit the APOnline website to review the current fees from time to time. Credit /Debit Card Service charges will be levied 1.8% of the bill amount by Credit/Debit Card for providing service. These charges and fee shall be charged on to Your Credit/Debit Card Account.

Obligations for the users :
In using the APOnline Service, you agree to :(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself (“Registration Data”), maintain and promptly update the Registration Data and bill data, true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or APOnline has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate or incomplete, APOnline has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

User Registration and Security :
To register with APOnline, You must complete the registration process. As part of such registration You must create a Login ID and a Password to facilitate subsequent access to APOnline. Payment Data and Biller Data, and are fully responsible and liable for all activities that occur under Your password or account. You agree to Immediately notify APOnline of any unauthorized use of Your password or account or any other breach of security, and ensure that You exit from Your account at the end of each session. You agree that APOnline is authorised to act on all instructions received when your password is used in conjunction with Your Login ID. Any transaction or activity pursuant to use of Your account or password shall be deemed to be Your transaction or activity and APOnline shall have no obligation to verify the authenticity of any such transaction or activity. APOnline shall be entitled in its sole discretion (but shall not be bound) to seek offline and/or additional written or other confirmation from You of any instruction, transaction or activity as APOnline may deem fit. In addition We may issue instructions from time to time intended to ensure the security of APOnline. You agree to comply with those instructions.

Authority to Charge Card Account :
You may pay bills at APOnline using a Credit Card. When you initiate a bill payment transaction and you warrant that your fully and lawfully entitled use such Credit Card for such transactions You are responsible under any encumbrance or charge, If the Card Issuing Bank refuses or delays honoring the Payment Instruction (s), Circumstances beyond the control of APOnline (including, but not limited to, fire, flood, earthquakes, natural disasters, bank strikes, power failures, systems failure like computer or telephone lines breakdown due to an unforeseeable cause or interference from an outside force).
