Step- 1 :

Click to view Policy Details

Step- 4 :
Click on “Click here to view E-card”

Step- 5 :
Click on Print Preview

Step-2:
** Select ins. co. i.e United India Insurance co.
** Select EMP ID
** Select Group Code – DSID (for DSIIDC)
** Enter File No.
** Submit
