The Welfare Department running various schemes for the welfare of the backward classes and the SC/ST. A step towards achieve speedy, transparent & accountable governance. .

The system links all welfare departments, treasury, databases of Secondary Schools Certificate (SSC), colleges and banks to disburse scholarships. This system enables online transfer of Post Matric scholarship money to students below the Poverty Line, wherein directly tuition fee reimbursement is made to colleges and maintenance fee to the student after due verifications into respective bank accounts. Processing of students’ applications for scholarships, sanctioning and passing of bills for disbursement are enabled in the system.

Students Eligible
Who can Apply for Scholarship ?
1.Student must be of Jharkhand State.
2.Student must be either Schedule Tribe (ST) or Schedule Cast (SC) or Backward Class (OBC).
3.Students Family Income from all sources should not exceed as per the list given below.
Schedule Tribe (ST) or Schedule Cast (SC) Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rs Two Lakh Only)
Backward Class (OBC) Rs. 1,00,000/- ( Rs One Lakh Only)

Who cannot Apply for Scholarship ?
1.Students belonging to the categories other than SC, ST, BC
2.SC,ST Students whose annual parental income is more than Rs. Two Lakhs and OBC Students whose parental income is more than Rupees One lakh

Notes :
Online registration / Scholarship Application will be open soon.
Students are advise not to give wrong income certificate based on agriculture income .It will enquired upon.if found wrong necessary legal action will be taken against them..
Students are advised to give their AADHAR linked bank account numbers while applying.
Institutes those who have not updated their information and uploaded the required documents, students studying in such institutes, scholarship amount will be 50% of approved amount only (like if approved amount is 50,000 then disbursed amount will be 25,000) .

Please read the instructions very carefully.
Instructions :
1.Please do not use special characters (@ ` ~ ! # $ % ^ & * ( ) – _ = + | { } [ ] ; : ‘ ” , . / ? \) while registering online.
2.No edit option for name,father name and date of birth.
3.Enter your name without blank spaces before and after the name.
4.Enter your name as complete full name (As per Matric/10th) which it will appears in Application Form.
5.Enter your date of birth (As per Matric/10th) which it will appears in Application Form.
6.Enter your father name as complete full name which it will appears in Application Form.
7.Please don’t share your password to any one.
8.Please note down your login password details.
9.If you have the mobile number enter valid mobile number to receive the password.
10.If your are going for renewal registration enter previous valid application number and date of birth.

1.Residential Certificate

5.Copy of Mark sheet of last examination(self attested)
6.Scanned copy of Passport Size Photograph
7.Scanned copy of filled application form with signature of Student,Principle.
