1. Finance Manager:
We are looking for a detail-oriented finance manager who would be responsible for day-to-day financial procedures and monthly reporting. The incumbent will be managing account records, revising updating financial reports, and preparing financial data for audits, reviews, Statutory reporting and taxation.

This role involves:
** Data entry in Busy based bookkeeping,
** Monthly Reconciliation and AP management
** Interactions with the Statutory Authorities,
** Interaction with Bankers,
** All Statutory compliances including FCRA, GST Income Tax etc,
** Monitoring and Preparation of Payroll,

This will be a hands-on role that will include interfacing and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders. This role will report to the CFO

Responsibilities:
** Accounting support for bookkeeping for NASSCOM Foundation in compliance with GAAP requirements
** Payroll administration
** AP management for accounting reconciliations.
** Support the Business Finance Team in business reconciliations and regular accounting reconciliations
** Analyzing financial data and assisting with audits, reviews, and tax preparations and tax litigations
** Donor accounting support and reconciliations with business.
** General ledger level reconciliations and support with information for Business Finance Team.
** Collaborating with internal business teams to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.

Requirements:
** Must be a CA-Inter with 8-10 years experience/ commerce post-graduate from premier institutes with consistently strong academic credentials with 10+ years of experience
** High comfort with technology and the ability to automate accounting processes-knowledge of Accounting systems
** Knowledge of advanced excel and MS Office.
** A growth and learning mindset, high energy and passion for doing impactful work.
** Willingness to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment, which would require stretch at times
** Hands-on contributor with a strong knowledge of accounting, FCRA rules and full knowledge of Indian GAAP and with the ability to run accounting operations at scale
** Should have prior experience in handling a team and managing stakeholders

2. Program Manager:
The NASSCOM Foundation Innovation Spaces aims at establishing virtual makerspaces in various partner universities across India for students to learn emerging technologies and work on their start-up ideas to build an MVP and take it to market by the end of the program. The best, most successful ideas get seed funding and a chance to get incubated.

The program offers opportunities for students to experience the journey of idea to incubation with support and guidance from in-house mentors and industry SMEs. The program is in the fourth year of its existence and has created 20+ high potential start-ups and impacted more than 10,000 students through its digital outreach.

6+ years’ as leader of maker communities and program management

Program Management Skills:
** Advanced skills in Excel and automation tools
** Methodical and proficient in creating and maintaining standard operating procedure
** Generalist, quick learner, abreast with latest trends in technology & startups
** Strong communication skills visible in writing, conversation and presentations
** Traits: Motivator and facilitator, curious, self-driven, empathetic, flexible, high integrity, cross-functional organizational ability
** Social bent of mind, interest & knowledge of the development sector
** & startup ecosystem

Key Responsibilities:
Communication, Reporting & Legal:
** Manage relationships with Donor, partner universities and strategic external collaborators in the program as and when required involving monthly cadence calls, presentations and project plan reviews
** Consolidate and Upload – Milestone updates & Impact data to Donor
** Carry out RFPs for partnerships with vendors
** Prepare MOUs/Addendums for the University Partnerships

Finances:
** Financial tracking/updates/projections/reporting
** Coordinate with the finance team to release funds to vendors & track expenses
** Disburse advance amount to team members as required
** Reconciling monthly expenditures and internal audit

Operations:
** Plan, execute and track project plans with a focus on the achievement of project deliverables, milestones and budget utilization
** Monitor program calendar to track & report on program metrics such as events, mentoring hours, workshops and other impact metrics
** Monitor activities & progress of vendors (Portal team & Marketing team) and track completion reports
** Review the outreach plan created by Maker Managers & SPOCs and provide support in the execution
** Escalating challenges in weekly/monthly operations with Universities to University SPOCS and the Donor
** Daily review of task tracking and accountability (Support Maker Managers & other team members to create their individual task lists)

Other Remarks:
** Salary as per experience and organisations norm.
** Fixed-term contract until February 2023, extendable depending on the performance of the individual and renewal of the program
