We are looking for a candidate who must have the following qualities:
Duties & Responsibilities:
**To design Web sites and ensure that they are visually effective and easy to access.
**Liaising closely with the customer or client at the design stage to answer questions such as: why is the site needed, who is the target audience, who are the leading competitors, etc.
**Advising the client on the categories and information needed to construct the site.

**Testing the web sites for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions.
**To upload the websites on to the Internet.
**Experience in High-end website designs.
**Good communication skills.
**Be updated with new web development technology
**Build cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS
**Candidate will be responsible for the Designing websites and maintenance work of developed websites.
**Candidate must be proficient in Photoshop, CSS, and Dreamweaver.
**Excellence in Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

2. Web Developer (PHP-MySql)

Job responsibilities:
** Develop custom PHP-MySql based scripts for various web based projects
** Design complex, normalized, and optimized databases
** Write and Implement secure, class based php code
** Customize common cms systems like mambo, creloaded and other php scripts
** Keep abreast of the new technologies. Learn new skills and improve existing skills
** Create and maintain detailed UML based documentation of projects
Requirements:
** Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML and MySQL.
