THE REGULAR STUDENT’S WILL GET HALL TICKET AFTER 20-11-2013.

As you are aware that the Board has issued instructions vide reference 3rd cited above, to the Principals of all Polytechnic to upload the attendance particulars pertaining to regular candidates of 1st year, 3rd Sem and 5th/6th Sem every fortnight to the Student Portal hosted in the Board server with url http://apsbtet.net/studentportal and the credentials are placed in the HOD login of POLYLOGIN Module.

In this connection vide reference 3rd cited, all the Principals are requested to generate the hall tickets online for the students and deposit the amounts received in the SBTET account mentioned in the same reference through the Principals account for easy reconciliation. The details of fee collected from the Polytechnics has already been placed in the DOFP portal http://apsbtet.net/dofpportal and the required credentials are also placed in the HOD login of POLYLOGIN module. Therefore the hall tickets will be generated only after depositing the amounts collected towards examination fee into the Board account.

In order to generate the Hall tickets all the Principals are requested to upload the data pertaining to detained candidates and the candidates eligible for condonation. The software module for uploading this data is placed in the http://apsbtet.net/studentportal. The hall tickets cannot be generated for the regular candidates whose details are not available in attendance module and who are not having the required attendance percentage. In AU/SVU regions the Principals have requested to modify the attendance module to accept the no. of working days are more than 15 days in a fortnight as the classes are running 3 to 4 hours extra in a day including Sundays and other holidays. As per the above request now the module is modified to accept 20 days for each fortnight. All the Principals are requested to upload the attendance by considering the presumptive attendance for remaining days by 24/11/2013.

The Principals are further requested to deposit the amounts collected towards condonation fee in the same account in which the examination fee is deposited by the Polytechnics. The hall tickets for regular candidates will be generated from 25/11/2013 onwards on verification of attendance and amounts deposited in the bank.

In view of the above, all the Principals are requested to bestow their personnel attention in completing the above tasks at the earliest, and ensure issuance of Hall Tickets properly.
