Location Of Work : Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Qualification : Bachelor Degree In Engineering (Electrical)
Experience : 5 – 10 Years
Key Accountabilities :
** Monitor the progress of contractors and suppliers involved in all time-bound project elements ensuring strict adherence to approved standards. Take appropriate corrective actions whenever significant variations are identified.
** Contribute and coordinate Construction Project Management / Supervision activities ensuring that client interests are fully protected and optimized.
** Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of construction activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service.
** Ensure that the projects are constructed according to Scope of Work (SOW), Drawings & Technical Specifications of the Construction contracts.
Competencies :
** Possess vast experience in Building & Electro-Mechanical Sector.
** Possess experience in supervising and executing projects in design & construction phase.
** Well versed in preparing, reviewing specifications, scope of work and BOQ etc,.
** Experience in preparing, reviewing and approving drawings of different submittals and material.
** Must be familiar with quality & Safety related issues & take appropriate action for the non-conformance rose during all the stages of project execution.
** Project Planning & Monitoring
** Analytical, time management aptitude and good communication skills.

2. Project Manager :
Location Of Work : Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Qualification : Bachelor Degree In Engineering (Civil / Architectural)
Experience : 15 – 20 Years (At Least 5 Years As Project Manager)
Key Accountabilities :
** Monitor the progress of contractors and suppliers involved in all time-bound project elements ensuring strict adherence to approved standards. Take appropriate corrective actions whenever significant variations are identified.
** Contribute and coordinate Construction Project Management / Supervision activities ensuring that client interests are fully protected and optimized.
** Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of construction activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service.
** ** Checking of contractor’s method statement and ensuring following is followed up.
(a) Monitoring of progress
(b) Inspection and testing practices, for materials submitted by contractor and the workmanship.
(c) Ensuring the completion of the project within the stipulated time frame, and providing prompt information to the client about any slippage or gains.
(d) Checking of contractor’s bills/claims against approved BOQ.
** Implementation of quality assurance and quality control regimes.
** Ensuring that the work is carried out in the true spirit of the design drawings.
** Preparation of progress/ quality inspection reports for submission to client.
** Keeping close liaison with client, contractors and own head office.
** Conducting site coordination meetings with all contractors/sub-contractors and ancillary engineers.
