1. Sr. Planning Engineer :(Job code – 004PE)
Requirements :
** Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with Minimum 10 Years of site experience
** and who have completed minimum RO. 30 Million project
** Worked for 5 years as planning engineer
** Strong communication skills
** Excellent knowledge in project planning softwares (P3, P6, MS project)
** Strong analytical skills
Duties and responsibilities :
** Develop fully detailed project scheduled, proposing amendments and alternative
** Prepare and responsible for making realistic plan for pre and post contract
** Prepare programs for site operations, production activities and monitors output to ensure that site requirements are met.
** Plan for optimum resources of machinery and manpower in site
** Monitor and periodic review of actual vs planned activities
** Allocation of manpower among various sites to achieve optimum output and reduce idle time
2. Outdoor Sales Executive : (Job code – 002SE)
** Graduate in any discipline
** Experience in handling Building Material Product
** Will involve visiting clients, handling quotations and looking after sales aspects of BMProjects.
** Must be flexible to working hours, be able to meet deadlines
** Team player with good skills of customer handling, communication and negotiation,
** Having valid Oman driving license
