The Online system made for Apply ID Card for officials of Central/State Govt. / UT Administrations and Their attached/ Subordinate offices and Undertaking/ Autonomous Bodies.

3) Enter your Name in the Text box.

4) Select your Designation , Pay Scale / Pay Band, Grade Pay (whereever applicable), Ministry/ State Government Department/ Public Undertaking, Ministry/ State Government in Hindi and Blood Group.
5) Enter the Address of Place of Working, Date of Birth, Telephone Numbers : Office, Telephone Number : Res, Father’s/ Husband’s Name and Mark of Identification.
6) Select the Reasons for Issue and Entry Date.
7) Enter the Access Code and Click the save button.
