Steps of Online Payment :
1. Log-on to www.mpwz.co.in
2. Under Customer Services Click on “View and Pay Energy Bill for LT”
3. On this page, kindly go through the energy bill snap-shot and the comments exactly below it very carefully before moving forward. And follow as directed.
4. For the 21 towns(R-APDRP) mentioned in the comment continue with the Online Bill Payment section. And for 3 towns (Non R-APDRP) mentioned in the next comment and rest locations follow the Click Here link provided in the comment.
5. After the successful payment an online payment receipt will be generated which should be kept safely and will be required in case of any complains or query.

R-APDRP:
To avail Online Energy Bill Payment Facility (i.e. through website) for AGAR, BADNAGAR, BARWANI,BURHANPUR, BARWAHA, DEWAS, DHAR, JAORA, JHABUA, KHANDWA, KHARGONE, MANDSAUR, MHOW, NAGDA, NEEMUCH, NEPANAGAR, PITHAMPUR, SANAWAD, SENDHWA, SHAJAPUR & SHUJALPUR town DCs kindly continue with the “Online Bill Payment” section below.

Pay Online

Non R-APDRP:
To avail Online Energy Bill Payment Facility (i.e. through website) for INDORE, RATLAM & UJJAIN, Kindly enter IVRS ID or Service Number in the box given in the below link.

Note :
Service Number :
The service number is appearing in the top left corner of the electricity bill.

IVRS ID :
The IVRS ID is appearing in the top left corner of the electricity bill.

Payment :
Following options are available for making online payment :
** Credit card (American Express/MasterCard/Diners Club International/Visa)
** Debit cards (Visa/MasterCard)
** Internet Banking
** Cash cards

Note :
In case of “Internet banking and Debit card” based transaction, after a successful transaction, if error page is displayed instead of the receipt, kindly check whether your bank account is already debited with the amount of earlier transaction before attempting to pay again for the same service no. If debited, please do not attempt to pay again for the same service no.

In case of “Credit card and Cash card” based transaction, after a successful transaction, if error page is displayed instead of the receipt, kindly check the details of the transaction by calling the help line number mentioned at the reverse side of the card and the get the status of successful/failed transaction.

The payment status in both cases as discussed above will be received by MPPKVVCL, Indore (M.P.) from respective banks in due course of time and the consumer billing data base will be updated accordingly.

Advance payment of electricity bills :
At present you can make the payment of the actual amount of your electricity bill, however this facility may be added in future.

  • I have paid Rs. 1551 bill, through paytm on 06.08.2018. Transaction ID is 19588832360 and Service Number is 3365202dw54-9-2604881000 but payment is not showing on the screen.

  • I am getting electricity bill in negative past 3 months. I have raised the issue in the concerned office but not getting any prompt response.

  • My actual meter service no is 72-85-00252189, but by mistake your record is noted on 72-82-00252189. We request to you to correct my meter service no. in your record, because my bill is not receiving in my current residence address 16 c Padmalay colony, shikshak Nagar 3 Chhotabangarda Road Indore-
    452005. We are also provide the below letter on Dated 08.12.15 and 09.02.16, but mpeb worker (Gandhi Nagar Zone) is only noted my complaint in register, and they are said to me your problem will be resolved as earliest as possible, but not till today my problem is not solved.
