Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), invites applications from Graduates in Economics with outstanding record to join its team on contractual basis, to assist in implementation of various energy efficiency programmes and activities launched under the E.C. Act 2001.
Name of the Post : Project Economist
Number of Positions: Two (02)
Educational & Other Qualifications: Graduate in Economics with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in the degree examination.
Desirable: A Master degree in Economics / MBA, an over-all perspective of National Energy Programmes and Policies with thrust on Energy Efficiency and Energy Conservation.
Experience: A minimum of one year experience in Research / Development / Design / Academic Institutions / Government Departments / Institutes / Organizations dealing with Energy Efficiency or its conservation, and energy auditing and other related areas.
Age as on 1.8.2013: Not more than 27 years. Age relaxation to SC/ST and OBC candidates will be given as per Govt. rules.
Terms of Contract: Engagement will be on contract basis and initial contract would be for a period of one year. The contract may be renewed on annual basis subject to satisfactory performance.
Contract Amount: Consolidated amount – Rs.28,000/- per month.
