Entry Fee : Rs.150/- (One Hundred and fifty only)

Eligibility :
Under 17 Those born on or after 01/01/1997
Under 13 Those born on or after 01/01/2001
Under 11 Those born on or after 01/01/2003
Under 9 Those born on or after 01/01/2005

Rules and Regulations :
** Only Tamil Nadu Players are eligible to participate.
** Fide rapid rules in force shall apply and the Swiss system will be followed.
** Time control : 30minutes each.
** First round starts at 11.00am on 11th January2014
** Last date for entries is on 6th January2014. No spot entries allowed
** All participants must be registered with TNSCA. The registration for the year 2013-14 is Rs100/- The participants must submit a photo copy of their DOB Certificate along with passport size photograph for registration. Kanchi District Players have to pay Rs.50/- for KDCA registration for the year 2013-14 if not paid before.
** Chess set :-Players must bring their own Chess sets (Chess clock if, any)
** Tie break :-Buchholz tie break system will be applied.
** The arbiter’s decisions shall be Final and Binding on all players.
** The organizer SVV Vidyalaya/MCA/TNSCA /KDCA reserves the right to admit/refuse any entry without assigning any reason thereof.
** The organizer SVV Vidyalaya/MCA/ TNSCA/ KDCA reserve the rights of admission to the Venue and lodging places.
** Participation Certificates will be given to all Participants.
** Out station players will be provided dormitory accommodation at school class rooms.
