CST eForms :
Instructions for viewing the requisition and printing the declaration form :
** Login using Userid and Password as used during any e-service login such as e-filing of VAT return
** Select ‘e-Requisition for Central Declaration Forms’.
** Select the Return Period and Form Type to view Annexure submitted with the selected CST Return.
** Select Quarter Month Ending to view invoices falling in that quarter which have been submitted in Annexure submitted with the selected CST Return.
** Click ‘View Requisition’ button to check e-requisition for that quarter.
** Click ‘Confirm’ if e-requisition is found to be correct. Else file revised return for that quarter with modified Annexure data.
** Electronic forms can be generated only if dealer confirms for all types of forms and for all quarter month ending for a particular return quarter.
** Select ‘e-generation for Central Declaration Forms’ to generate forms. If forms are generated, dealer can not file revised return and no new forms can be generated.
** Select Form Type, Return Period and Quarter Month Ending to generate forms for the e-requisition confirmed for that quarter.
** Forms can be viewed on the screen by clicking ‘View Form’ and ‘View Annexure’
** Print can be taken after form is viewed on the screen or at a later time.
** Select ‘Download and print computer generated forms’ to print the forms.
** Select Form Type and system generated Form Serial No.
** View and Print the forms.
** Further copies of computer generated forms can be printed at a later date.

Conditions for availing the service :
** E-Filing of VAT and CST return for the current and previous quarter.
** Full payment of tax, interest and late fee.
** Generation of forms within the specified period.

Instruction for filling up the Statement about Receipt of Form C, E-I, E-II, F under the CST (R&T) Rules, 1957 :
1. Login using Userid and Password.
2. Download zip file and Save it.
3. Unzip the Downloaded file to get
I. A Folder containing the Jar File.
II. A Folder containing XLS File.
III. User Manual.
4. Open the Jar File and Fill up the Form.Then Click the ‘Save’ Button to save it. If all the data entered correctly then the form will generate a XML file(Complete and ready to Upload). Save it in the selected folder.
5. Then the ‘print’ button will be activated.
6. Click the ‘Print’ Button to Print all the details of the form.
7. Login again using the Userid and Password.
8. Upload the XML file.
9. If the XML file uploaded successfully the the system will generate an Acknowledgement Slip.
10. Print the Acknowledgement Slip.
11. Logout.

Instructions for e-filing of CST Declaration Forms :
1. Login using Userid and Password as used during any e-service login such as e-filing of VAT return .
2. Download Zip File and Save.
3. Logout.
4. Unzip the zip file and you will get
a. A folder containing icons.
b. A folder containing XML Files.
c.A folder containing Excel templets.
d. An Executable .JAR file
5. Double click the .JAR file. The requisition form will be opened.
6. Select the form type for which you want to give the requisition.
7. Fill up the form. If you want extra row then click on ‘Add Row’ button.
8. If you have properly filled excel templets then you can import the data into the requisition form.
9. After filling all the records click on the export to XML button. If there is no error then it creates XML files.Save the file.
10. Login again using Userid and Password.
11. Upload XML Files and print the Application Receipt.
12. For submission of utilisation Login again.
13. Select the Form Type to submit utilisation
14. System will generate a form which will display your requisition data. Along with this there will be 3 extra fields(Date of issue,Series,Serial No.) for which you have to enter the information.
15. After filling the 3 fields click the submit button.
16. Print the Acknowledgement receipt for utilisation.

Instructions for online Upload of Inter State PurChase and Stock Transfer and CST Demat Form Generation :
** Login using Userid and Password as used during any e-service login such as e-filing of CST return.
** Download the Jar file
** Open the JAR file for Annexure and click on Annexure option to choose Annexure type viz. E & F
** Enter data to fill up form.Click ‘Export to XML’ button to validate data,generation of XML file and save XML file.The pattern for name of the XML file to be follwed as AnnexureE.xml for Annexure E.
** Click add row to insert more rows,if required.
** XML file requires to be generated even if there is no data for an annexure.
** Open the jar.Then enter return period and Registration number.Click ‘Export to XML’ to create XML file.
** Click Upload Link in Home page
** Upload both the XML files
** Click the Upload button
** Maximum 5 times XML files can be Uploaded
** Print Acknoledgement Receipt.
