PROCEDURE & CRITERIA FOR DECLARATION OF RESULT:
Step-I: Minimum marks to be obtained in APSET for considering a candidate for the eligibility for Assistant Professor/Lectureship. The candidates are required to obtain following minimum marks separately in Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III as given below:

Step-II: Amongst those candidates who have cleared Step-I, a merit list will be prepared subject-wise and category-wise using the aggregate marks of all the three papers secured by such candidates.

Step-III: Top 15% candidates (for each subject and category), from the merit list mentioned under step-II, will be declared APSET qualified for eligibility for Assistant Professor/Lectureship

The subject cum category-wise aggregate (of Paper I, II & III) qualifying percentages for Assistant Professor/Lectureship as per the methodology described in the foregoing is presented in tabular form below

RESULTS OF APSET EXAMINATION – 2013

The candidates whose Hall Ticket/Roll Numbers are given below have provisionally been qualified through the Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (APSET-2013) for Assistant Professor/Lectureship held on 24th November, 2013 subject to fulfillment of eligibility conditions. The results of APSET-2013 have been finalized as per the guidelines of UGC, New Delhi and these results were scrutinized and approved by the Moderation Committee and Steering Committee of APSET-2013.

Note :
1. APSET-2013 Certificates will be issued to the Qualified Candidates only after the verification of their original P.G. Degree Certificate, P.G. Marks Memos and Community/PH Certificate (wherever applicable) at their respective Regional Centers. The time schedule for the verification of certificates will be announced later and it will be kept in the APSET website.

2. Those candidates who had not completed their Master’s Degree Examination at the time of APSET-2013 Examination should complete their qualifying examination with the stipulated percentage of marks within two years from the date of declaration of APSET-2013 result.

  3. I am qualified in step I with 52.57% (belongs to open category) and my roll number is not shortlisted in merit list of 15%.. (Cut-off is 53.14% fixed by apset panel) Is there any relaxation provided for this situation?

  5. I studied 5th to 10th in AP but inter and degree in Karnataka and PG in AP again. Am I eligible to appear for APSET?

  6. Please mention the date and time schedule for the verification of P.G.memos and certificates at respective regional centres.

  7. What will happen if step 1 is cleared in apset examination and not shortlisted in merit list of 15%?

    1. They may qualify some more when step1 is cleared.
