** You are provisionally permitted to appear for Written Test on 29 December 2013 as per schedule given above.
** Please affix on this Admit Card the same photograph as submitted with the application form. Get the photograph attested with seal by Gazetted Officer. The Admit Card duly completed is to be produced at the test centre for appearing in the test. Admit Card will be verified and signed by the invigilator during the test. The Lower Half of the Admit Card will be collected by the invigilator.
** Your candidature for this test is provisional and subject to fulfilling the prescribed age, educational qualification and other conditions as specified in the notification subject to detailed scrutiny at later stage.
** Bring with you two blue or black ball point pen for appearing in the written test. Do not bring mobile phone, calculator, etc. The OMR Answer sheets of those candidates found possessing mobile phones and accessories and other electronic gadgets within the premises of examination centres, whether in use or in switch off mode and on person or otherwise will not be evaluated.
** Check the particulars in the admit card. Report error if any, to the Presiding Officer at Recruitment Centre.
** Traveling and other expenses will be borne by the candidate himself / herself.
** No request for change of test centre will be entertained.
** Any attempt to influence will lead to disqualification of candidature.
** FAILURE TO ADHERE TO ANY OF THE ABOVE WILL ENTAIL DISQUALIFICATION FROM RECRUITMENT PROCESS.
